You know, little "oops" or "ouches"--the stupid things that caused you to lose a life or something like that. Post yours here and let us laugh at 'em XD
Mine?
Top three things I could remember is...
In "Shoot the Bullet" I was concentrating so hard on dodging Yukari's danmaku spam and getting close. And I was doing so well and I was getting excited, that I got too close to Yukari and ended up dying by hitting the character sprite. @.@; First time I learned that boss enemies can kill you by simple touch.
In Perfect Cherry Blossom, I was running low on lives (this is hard mode, I'm comfortable with normal mode but hard was a bit of a stretch), but luckily Youmu gave me a 1-up after I beat her....to which I lost immediately on the very first generic fairy that came out after her.
In Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, I was fighting Remilia with my last life, and I really, really, really wanted to fight Flandre, since I'd never done so before. I beat the game without reaching Flandre twice, but this was my best run yet, and it looked like I was going to make it....but then my knee got itchy. I tried to hold it in for as long as possible, but that wasn't happening; I itched it, and Remilia got me with that move right after the bats when I gained control of the keyboard again -_-;

 All the time in every single game: Throwing myself into a rain of bullets in a desperate attempt to get hold of an extra life, effectively killing myself in the process.

In Megamari, I've jumped onto spikes to get an extra life. >_>

In Imperishable Night's extra stage, I died to Mokou's last spell right before her Last Word kicked in because my finger started to to hurt and I wanted to crack my knuckle, so I tried to do it with my hand on my keyboard still. Fail. sweatdrop
Oh, and, I lost to Cirno in PoFV because my dog kept harassing my feet with her teeth so when I hit the Esc key to pause it, guess I just hit F1 instead. When I look up, I just see the Game Over/Do you retry? screen. >.> I couldn't help but giggle a little bit at that.

Getting hit by a stray bullet the exact same time I beat Youmu. I ended up losing a life and made me go "WHAT?!"

Ive walked into MANY bullets
Also,I cant beat Yamame on SA on Hard
I let my friend whose never played a touhou game and hes got ADHD.Hes gotten passed it on Normal.

In my ??th attempt to 1CC hard mode in Perfect Cherry Blossom at the time, it seemed as if nothing could go wrong. Then I crashed into midboss Youmu as she flew onscreen.

I had what you would call an "epic failure" in one game in PCB...
i think it was around youmu's stage.. where i had no lives left, the killed one of the enemies, and there was a single bullet travelling extremely slowly on the stage... nothing else in the entirety of the stage, and somehow, i ran straight into it, getting a game over.
it was about 3 seconds after the bullet appeared too that i died... made me feel like cirno crying

Surprisingly, when I'm playing ANY Last Word, I get hit by the slow-moving bullets that are there just to annoy. Specially on Sakuya's, Reisen's and Mystia's.

Genesic_cassarenas Surprisingly, when I'm playing ANY Last Word, I get hit by the slow-moving bullets that are there just to annoy. Specially on Sakuya's, Reisen's and Mystia's. I got killed by a bullet in Maze of Love right after breaking it. On the same run, some idiot bumped the desk I was on and I died on QED with Flandre down in an inch of health. (I REALLY hate homeless people with a passion moreso than I ever did now)

have you people ever heard of the pause button? xD
ok but on EoSD I always die because I'm trying to dodge and hit the enemy...thank God ZUN added that little enemy thing at the bottom of the screen afterward.
