When I was little some times I would make a circle in the ground out of rocks or just by marking the ground with a stick and would say that I was safe and nothing could harm me, I have allwyas been into divination I have a book from when I was little that I bought at a school book fair called "A Child's Guide To Fortune Telling"

When I was little I used to 'collect' rocks! XD
Perhaps theres some sort of link between that and the fact that I'm pretty good with crystal healing! XD

Other than that ghosts and spirits had fascinated mr from a young age. The earliest I recall seeing a spirit was when I was around five or six, though I know that that wasn't my first encounter. I also used to(and still do) see these strange colored hazes on occasion which most people really can't see, and I'd often feel a presence around me that according to everyone around me 'wasn't really there'... I didn't really look into it until I was older, then I realized what was going on with the hazes, presences, and spirits and such.

I wasn't really was into divination until I was 12 or so when a girl in my class brought her Tarot cards to school. I was highly skeptical at first, but then she did a reading for me and it was quite accurate.

When I was 12-13 I really started to get into new age stuff, due to both the Tarot cards and a fascination I had with explaining the presences which seemed so drawn to me. I got my first new age book then, mind you it wasn't an extremely good one, but it got me off to a good start.

As a child I always knew there was MORE to nature if you know what I mean. I would always sit in trees and just feel the love filling me up. I would also always play a lot of games like trying to 'know' when the pizza man would show up or try to answer the phone before it rang.

I did the phone thing too when I was little! Also, I would try to guess who was calling before I picked up the phone, and I was quite accurate... at least when people I knew called...

Yeah, when you're like "um... it's my best friend" and then you pick up the phone and hear "is the lady of the house home?" xd

The only magick that I guess I practice is the magick of love and compassion. With what I've found with metaphysical studies and of the like, is you being to understand authentic TRUTH (truth that you REALLY know is true) and very, very powerful love. Love so strong you could hug the world xd Otherwise known as compassion.

I don't know what others have experienced or what you are expecting to experience, but I've found that there isn't anything "flashy" or "epic" about magick or stuff like it. I've found that it's mostly living up to our potential (concious growth, telepathy, energy healing etc).
You used words like "look" and "seen." So I guess I assumed you might be expecting something like from stories or the movies (please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) and I felt like telling you that for me it's never been what it looks like. For me it's been all feeling (explained as feeling strong love) xd

Of course, that's just what I'VE experienced and I'm pretty new to this stuff myself.

surprised I too made circles of rocks for security and collected various stones! As a child, I was always talking about ghosts, spirits. My parents would tell me to stop talking to the trees, that they wouldn't reply, and often I found myself talking to beings that I knew were there, but just couldn't see. With time, I noticed a calling to deviate from the Catholic church and persue what people were telling me were the 'dark arts'. I myself find them not so dark. stare I've always had a calling for different types of religions, alternative healing, animals and spirits. Now that I know what it is and I know and have access to books and media, it's so much more easier to cope with feelings of akwardness. 3nodding

I was really curious about what happens after we die, so I was really into religion, ghosts, NDEs... anything that somehow related to the afterlife.

Well when I was younger I was into spells from movies and movies with withcraft in it. My favorites are still Hocus Pocus and Craft. I also use to try to fly on brooms xd . I would get on the broom like you would a horse. When I was 9 me and a friend went into this house and found a oaij board; my mom burned it and told me to never use it agin.
Also from 6 years to 12 years old I would wake up to the feel of me fall into the couch; only later to find that is a sign of astral jrojection and shamans.

As a child I contemplated such matters quite often as well. I used to alwyas wonder what happened when you died, my parents always thought that my curiosity as a child was a tad bit morbid, though they alywas encouraged me to be inquisitive.

i was always facinated with magic and fairytales, dragons and spirits. Its just something i grew up with. I picked up farely soon that it was more than stories, and though quite different from any book, i still like to see my life with a greater horizon than that of the mundane world.

I also used to talk about a past life when i was very young (i dont remember anything, i only know what my parents tell me.) Apparently I had a daughter named Rose, who drowned in a swimming pool as an infant when no one was watching her. T.T (I hope I'll be a better parent than that...)

I am deeply Christian, but I also accept many New Age beliefs as well. I accept what makes sense to me. You can never disprove what the Bible says as it is a Book of Universal Truth. There are somethings in the New Age movement that also makes alot of sense to me as well, so that's why I'm into it.

Some kind of link with god appeals to me, and the essense of "new ageyness" appeals to me, as anything occult would appeal to anyone, I suppose. Universal self quest draws me in. smile
Always been a little Hedonistic child ;P Always done your typical little kid stuff. Trying to guess who would call. Trying to control wind. haha, I may have a couple of times. ;] Doubt it.
