Appearance: Two swords with no guard in one sheath. He mounts it on his back. It's hilt is oval and made of brownish wood.
Personality: Quiet, Prideful, a bit snobby, cocky, just, concited. He see's himself higher then everyone else he comes across. Except his father.

Weight: 165lbs
Hair: Mecium length dirty blonde hair. Held in a ponytail type fashion. Nothing in his face.
Eyes: dark blue, always seems to be squinting/glaring at everything.
Clothing: his shinigami's robes are almost exactly the same. He has white sleeves instead of the black ones that normal officers have. He also wears that head piece Byakuya wears as a sign of his nobility.
Physical Appearance: A strong upper build and a skinnier lower build. He. He's not to quick compared to his offence and defense.
Past Divisions: Squad two
History: He was a straight-A honor bound student. He was always doing the right thing, he loved helping out and was a model son. He began working for the legislative branch of Japans government and didn't get far until one day he died of a cold brought on by the AID's virus. He was such a depressed and sad whole spirit and hated seeing hollows, he always wanted to see a perfectly civil world. When he was exercised he was astounded at how Soul Society was civil and just.
He entered the Shinigami academy and became more drawn towards Kidou and Bakudou rather than Swordsmanship. He enjoyed his studies and applied himself. He was found by His Grandfather who had passed several years before Tsuiraku's death. When he took him in as his son Tsuiraku obtained all he needed to know and enhanced his abilities further. During this Tsuiraku became a bit stuck up and believed himself higher then anyone else. He especially grew a distaste for anyone from the 11th squad. tsuiraku still valued the law above all.
This brought him to squad two as he worked for a while there a position came up in squad three and he gladly accepted the offer.
~Techniques~
8. Seki (斥, Repulse) - Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it.
30. Shitotsu Sansen (嘴突三閃, Beak-Stab Triple Beam) - Shoots three beams of light that pin the target to one place on a surface, slamming into his/her body in three places in a shape of a perfect triangle.
39. Enkosen (円閘扇, Arc Shield) — Summons a shield of condensed Reiatsu to block opponents' attacks.
11. Tsuzuri Raiden (Reading Lightning) - Electric current flows through any object the user touches and is able to lead electricity, damaging any target that is in contact with the object the current runs through.
31. Shakkahō (赤火砲, Shot of Red Fire) — Fires a ball of red energy at a target.
Incantation: "Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south!"
33. Sōkatsui (蒼火墜, Blue Fire, Crash Down) — Fires a burst of blue spiritual energy at a target in a similar manner to 31, but over a wider area and with more power.
Incantation: "Ye lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws."
88. Hiryugekizokushintenraiho (飛竜撃賊震天雷砲, Flying Dragon-Striking Heaven-Shaking Thunder Cannon) — Fires a gigantic blast of spiritual energy resulting in an truly enormous explosion.
~Zanpakuto~
Shikai: Tsuiraku's arms and legs are engulfed in water, the swords are still in hand. with this Tsuiraku can do a number of things.
Abilities: [Solid defense: Able to manipulate the water into different forms (such as a shield) And change the density, making it hard as rock. Or slippery as Ice. Attacks can either be negated, or stopped.
Sink hole: Pay no attention to the name. Tsuiraku's legs are stuck to the ground as he manipulates the water to follow the target. A circle forms around the person and shoot up a jet of water, at speeds high enough to slice the skin. Although Tsuiraku is held in place the entire attack.
Bankai:
Bankai call: "This is for every time, you stabbed me in the back, taishoku Kanojo"
Apperance: Tsuiraku is surrounded in a ball of water. It sheilds him from any Kidou/hadou/bakudou and any fire or wind attacks. Lightening still effects him. Thousands of tenticals sprout up from all arouns him. And four on his bubble. He is in a state of meditation and almost sleep-like state. A giant clock behind him has a hand and a three where the twelve should be. When the three is brough past one an image of Tsuiraku is shown and Tsuiraku begins to drown. He also gains more power for about one or two posts he's able to hold the state without being brought down to his shikai.
Abilities:
Tsunami bomb: The tenticals form a large wave of flowing water that is not only fast, but heavy. It's not fast enough to slice an enemy up. However it has so much weight. It slows down whoever is around when it's used and disables shunpo/soindo abilities. However if the enemy is quick normally, they can use their natural speed.
Black widow: The water spirals he has outside turn black and dark purple and leech onto the foe. They form blisters hard as rock and the ooze inside sink's into the enemies skin. Halting their movement completely after a certain amount of time. The blisters can be removed and the liquid inside will seep out. As long as a wound is opened for the ooze to fall out of.
(When drowning) Suffocating sight: Tsuiraku's Bubble begins to grow and harden and can catch enemies inside. They the bubble begins to contract. And when it shrinks down to Tsuiraku's size, it speeds up and shoots out in a violent flush. This will slice the area around as water moving at high speeds cuts down nearly everything in it's path.
