From an article in Chosun News, data shows that there are many ahjummas (older ladies....aunties) that are fans of DBSK. For example, a Korean Lady named Ms. Chung (43) traveled to Japan, China, and Thailand more than 40 times to see these boys for various events and concerts. She was initially struck by TVXQ's leader Yunho, and has been a fan ever since. Her fellow ahjuhmah friends tell her that it's just a fad and that she'll get over it, but Ms. Chung says that she gets excited every time she sees Yunho live. SM Entertainment claims that about 20% of the concert attendees for last month's Asia Tour Concert were over the age of 40.
