History: Ketsueki was born in karakura and grew up there. Her two older brothers, high schoolers, her mother and her live in a large house, her father died when she was three, he was murdered.
Power
She can not only see to spirits, she can also talk to them and touch them. She can sense the presence of spirits and can tell the difference in presence between a Hollow and a Plus. She can see the spirits life when they were alive, there past as a spirit, and there regrets when she touches them, after they’re comfortable around her.

Spirit blast: the ability to focus spirit energy in to an orb and uses it as a projectile.
Soul shield: the ability to focus spirit energy in to an oval and us it as a shield to protect.
High jump: the ability to focus the slightest amount of spirit energy through her feet to give her a boost when she jumps.
