After a ton of research, and help from a few friends, I have gleamed enough information that each gemstone can have her own powers. ^^ Feel free to click the username of each Senshi to go to their profile. Without further ado I present:

Sailor Garnet: Keeper and Guardian of the first stone. Senshi of Passion and Will Power.

Sailor Amethyst: Keeper and Guardian of the second stone. Senshi of Friendship. (Powers kinda like Mini Moon)

Sailor Aquamarine: Keeper and Guardian of the third stone. Senshi of Water and Sea.

Sailor Diamond: Keeper and Guardian of the fourth stone. Senshi of Ice.

Sailor Emerald: Keeper and Guardian of the fifth stone. Senshi of Love.

Sailor Pearl (TECHNICALLY AVAILABLE): Queen of the Cosmic Kingdom. Keeper and Guardian of the sixth stone. Senshi of future Love and Justice. (Powers like Sailor Cosmos)

Sailor Ruby: Princess and heir to the Cosmic Kingdom. Keeper and Guardian of the seventh stone. Leader of the Gemstoones. Powers of Healing and Fire.

Sailor Peridot: Keeper and Guardian of the 8th stone. Senshi of Earth.

Sailor Sapphire: Keeper and Guardian of the 9th stone. Senshi of Sky and Air.

Sailor Opal: Princess of the Cosmic Kingdom. Sister to Sailor Ruby. Keeper and Guardian of the 10th stone. Senshi of Dreams.

Sailor Topaz: Keeper and Guardian of the 11th stone. Senshi of Light and Death.

Sailor Turquiose (AVAILABLE): Keeper and Guardian of the 12th stone. Senshi of the Muse.

Sailor Gold: Guardian of the 12 stones. Senshi of healing and Protection

Sailor Tanzanite: Guardian of the 12 stones. Senshi of Water and Telekenisis.

Sailor Quartz: Guardian of the 12 stones. Senshi of Invisability.

Sailor Jade: Gaurdin of the 12 stones. Senshi of Wisdom and Justice.

Sailor Rhinestone: Guardian of the 12 stones. Senshi of Spirituality.

Sailor Amphitrite: Guardian of the 12 stones. Senshi of Water.

Sailor Onyx: Guardian of the 12 stones. Senshi of Emotions and Healing.

Sailor Kunzite: Guardian of the 12 stones. Senshi of Relaxation, Peace, and Grounding

NO MORE SENSHI SPOTS GUYS. NEED TO FILL THE OTHER 2 BIRTHSTONE SPOTS!

Amethyst has a strong psychic power, and was used a protection towards the royals in medieviel(sp) times.

Diamonds are the strongest gemstones, can block energy flows of those with evil thoughts, and can increase the power of Amethyst and Emeralds.

Emeralds in several cultures the emerald was the symbol for fertilizing rain. In the Christian faith it is the symbol of faith and hope (as wells as love). The power of the Emerald is highest at the full moon (H2O anyone?).Some cultures thought the emerald would heal any disease of the eye

Awkwardly emeralds proper name is beryl. xD

H2O- Australian TV series about mermaids who were gifted with the power of a few water elements. This is due to the effect of jumping into a moon pool. These mermaid take human form when dry but when wet by anything (except on a few ocasions) they turn into mermaids.

I love H2O!!!! And yah I know but...I wanted to not have like everyone with healing or water powers so..yah..

and you have a good point about diamond. I couldnt find all the info i wanted so I guessed. XD

H2O is awesome <3
But anyway, I guess Emerald could be almost like Sailor Mercury. Or at least have a similar background to Aquamarine. But being weaker in using water attacks.

Well, it's their characters--they can decide their powers and the healing abilities. My character has healing abilities, and hey, that can be a trait they all share as gemstone senshi's.
