My valve's "stuck". I need help; concert tonight!

I was cleaning my cornet, and took the valves out to wipe them and re-oil them.
I bumped the little white things (the things in with the spring?), and now they're at a weird angle.
I tried pulling it back, but it won't move. I don't want to force it.
So I tried putting it back in the cornet, to see if it would put it back into place, which was a huge mistake, because it got stuck. [I got it back out now.]

Anyways, how do I get it un-broken? D:

The only thing I could say about the spring is to get it repaired by a professional repairs person. You should never try to do things your self, even a professional instrumentalist shouldn't.

I use this good valve oil called Blue Juice. It also cleans the instrument internally, and it works REALLY good.

Actually, I ended up fixing it myself.
I was fiddling [carefully] with it, and decided to lightly pull up both valve guides (which is apparently what they're called), and they snapped back into place. [When I was first trying to fix it, I was only trying to move one at a time. D:]

But I think I'll buy that Blue Juice stuff next time I'm near a music store.

I know a lot of people who really like blue juice so I went and bought some.
It doesn't work very well and it makes your hole horn smell funny. umm the valve oil i use is really good but i don't remember what it's called but it's easy to recognize it's in a clear bottle and it says "environmentally safe" and "does not separate" hope this helps
