Yep, I got one using a file from the Pokesav website. An admin on the site told me it'll work to unlock the roaming Regi's. So now I need to transfer him to my Platinum. Anyone want to help me? I have masterballs and rare candies I can give to the person who helps me.
Also, Pachulo (if you read this) If you are interested in getting your own, I got the Regigigas file from Here.

Uh.. I think you should get some crappy pokemon dude.. Once I send Regigigas to Platinum I dont plan and playing my Diamond right away.
And the ones you are trying to trade to me seem like decent pokemon..
So get some crappy pokemon that you dont care that you wont see again. Trade them to me for the Diglett, and Machamp. When I get to my Platinum I will send crappy pokemon for my Regigigas.
