Hey, I'm always on the look out for new and interesting artists. What kind of stuff are you guys into? What are some of your favorite artsits and songs?

I change my mind a lot about what music I like because my favorites change with my mood.
Right now I'm really inot Tokio Hotel, an awesome german band I discovered a few weeks ago. They have two albums out, one is in english and german, the other only in german. I bought both versions of the first one, title Schrei or Scream.
My favorite songs right now are Schrei/Scream and Durch Der Monsun/Monsoon. I don't actually speak german but I really want to learn it.
Some of my all time favorites are:

Dead Disco, Combat Baby, and Help I'm Alive by Metric

Never Fall in Love and Fleur de Saison by Emilie Simon

Monsters by Matchbook Romance

If your really want to get into the mood of music then listen to Classical. I like to listen to it every now and again. And starting to get into more heavily. My favorite artist right now is Beethoven. Listen to beethovens more dark, and deeper songs and you will really feel it in your deepest darkest parts of your heart and soul. I love listening to classical when I write, cause it really gets me into the mood. So try listening to some classical.
