This is a private roleplay between Yuuka's Candy Heart and Yumitoko's Akuba. They are in an open meadow near the river by the mountains.
Candy sighed gently as she trotted along the trail from the teepee to the river. The open meadow near it had some of the best grazing in her opinion. That and she was guaranteed to be alone there. Sometimes being so shy was a drawback. She didn't want to be that way, but she couldn't help it. So far the only ones she wasn't she around were the foals she had met. As she got closer and heard the sound of the river a smile crept up on her lips. She had met three friends there. Dusk and Corine were kind mares and Maion had helped her get over some of the worst of her shyness. She was eager to meet more Soquili and was trying to do her best to not be so shy.

Spring was coming and it made Akuba smile. He liked spring, not too hot, and sometimes to him pleasantly cold, not as cold as winter, but the sun was shinning, but not as bright as summer.
Akuba got up and looked around his teepee, leaving the other inhabitants in it. Bansha looked at him gruffly.
As Akuba exited the teepee, he picked up on some hoove steps and the sound of the flowing rive outside. The river bank was where Akuba's teepee was, but he'd moved it a bit further away as not to get flooded.
He sniffed the air and shook his mane, he put his hunger aside to investigate the sound of hooves to see who's hooves they were making the noise.
It was not long before he saw a pink figure before him, he smiled, she looked sweet and that's what he assumed, was he wrong?

Candy started to hum softly right before lowering her head to drink some water. An ear twitched backwards idly as she heard someone approaching. Fighting back the first stirrings of nervousness, Candy finished her drink and turned to assess the stranger. The stallion was quite handsome and had three earrings in his ear. It made him look even more handsome and she felt herself blush lightly. Giving an irritated shake of her head, Candy smiled a little and said softly, "H-hello."

As the stranger looked up, he swished his mane out of his eyes, trying not to look so vein. "Hello,stranger",he said in a calm voice,"My name is Akuba, my friends call me Aku."
He bowed his head, submitting to his guest momentarily.
"I live by this river in that teepee there", he swung his body round pointing at the teepee with his front right leg.
His teepee was ridiculously huge and had taken him a long time to build.
He sometimes though about making a smaller teepee and letting a bigger family living in his teepee, he wasn't really lucky at all with starting a family, so he gave up although his mate kept on urging him to try.
Aku turned back to her.
He cast his eyes downwards in thought, but quickly brought them upwards, his turquoise eyes burned into hers, but not with a horrible intent.
Her eye colour was brighter than his, his eyes sometimes seemed clouded, but his vision was as clear as crystal.
The mare was pretty, pink with nice big curls and an anxious and uncertain look on her face.
"It's okay I don't bite",Aku laughed,"well, If you don't want me to."
He winked jokingly, hopefully she didn't take it seriously.

"A-ah, n-no. I-I mean, e-err t-that is to s-say..." Candy's voice trailed off as she flushed a bit. Swallowing she began again, "I-I didn't t-think you b-bite A-Akuba." Her right forehoof shuffled in the dirt as she paused briefly. "M-my name is C-candy Heart and my teepee is closer t-to the mountains. I live w-with my two-legger a-and friend. His n-name is Zuilian a-and h-he's got a n-nice girl n-named Vidia."

Akuba had learnt traditional soquili etiquette, and two legger manners.
His eyes locked onto her shuffling hoof, usually meaning either she was going to attack in soquili terms, or she was nervous in two legger terms.
She seemed really nervous, so he took that as a nervous sign.
Akuba tilted his head to one side.
"I was only joking, wow the mountains, the closest I've gotten to the mountains is the forest at the base of the mountain",Akuba nodded.
Akuba examined the nervous female closely,"Candy Heart? Mhm,that's a pretty name, for a pretty mare."
Aku came closer to her and whispered in her ear,"loosen up, you look like a statue."
He once again beamed at her, he liked to have a bit of a jok, he knew how it felt to be very nervous like the female candy heart stood in front of him, but he had changed alot.
"Zulian...Zu-li-an, where have I herd that name...ah, the uni, whitish horn, brown with blue sparkly bits , grey hair, blue tiger stripes around the legs? Yes, I've seen him from time to time."

To her horror, Candy could feel herself grow faint from the stallion whispering in her ear. Her eyes rolled a bit as she fought to get control again. It wouldn't do to embarrass herself by fainting. "Yes, t-that's him. You d-described him p-perfectly." She tried to smile and she was sure it looked frightening. "T-thank you for the c-compliment." She swallowed nervously and continued, "Yes, that f-forest is close to my h-home." It seemed her stutter was getting better as they talked or was that just her imagination?

Aku had come across another stuttering soquili before, he didn't mind her stuttering, nobody can help it.
"Are you okay, I mean, I can't help notice this, your kind of swaying, maybe you should sit down, it's better than falling over later,"Akuba said with a great amount of concern in his voice.
He didn't mind her smile, he's glad she was trying to display emotion, but he hopes she's isn't like a female he met previously, called Aiane, she just constantly smiled when she was sad too and even in her sleep, although he urged her to stop or her mouth muscles would start aching.

The smile faded a bit from Candy's face as she nodded. "Maybe that's b-best." She knelt down with a sigh. "I'm sorry. I thought I was g-getting better at meeting others. I g-guess I was wrong." She frowned a bit and shook her head. "I must really seem p-pathetic."

"You don't, don't worry, I was like you once",Akuba nodded enthusiastically,"really."
He sat down beside her, he was still weary of certain types of soquili. Akuba soaked in the warm sun and smiled at her again.

The pink mare gave the purple stallion a wry smile."I wouldn't blame you if you did think that. I'm sure you wouldn't be the first. Everyone else has just been to polite to tell me." She gave a dry chuckle and shook her head again, "Sorry, I'm really not so depressing honest. Maybe it's because I'm tired?" She winced as she made the excuse. It had sounded weak, even to her ears.

Her stutter had stopped but he didn't really notice.
He took every moment to to drink her in, she was really sweet and amazing, he really liked her.
"No, I don't get annoyed or Judge people on the way they speak or look, it's the person inside, the personality", and he wasn't lying this is what he truly believed.
He could see she wasn't tired at all, and it must've been some other reason she was so faint, hopefully it wasn't him,"did I scare you?"

"Oh no, you didn't scare me." She flushed lightly almost unwilling to tell Akuba, but well he had asked. She took a deep breath before she replied, "To be honest I've never had a stallion whispering in my ear before. It was quite....well, intoxicating and a bit overwhelming to be honest." There, she had told him the truth. Now she had to wait and see if he laughed at her or not. She hoped not since he seemed so nice.

Wow that's a first.
Akuba was amazed by the things this female said,"Um, wow, I'd hardly ever though of my whisper as intoxicating."
He didn't laugh, because I didn't seem that funny, he was more amazed at the comment than he though it was funny.
He stood looked at her and smiled.
"I think we'd make good friends."
Hopefully the mare hadn't taken their meeting to heavily, previously he had run away from mares going crazy and fighting over him.

He didn't laugh, because I didn't seem that funny, he was more amazed at the comment than he though it was funny.
He stood looked at her and smiled.
