Dagon's eyes glowed like twin red coals and his pale skin rippled over his muscles as he reclined in his bulky black throne. He idly twirled his fingers in the long black hair of one of his two favorite female captives whose gauzy white gowns left very little of their lush bodies to the imagination, they sat on either side of him. Bedraggled slaves prostrated themselves across the bloodstained ground along the edges of the room, ready to carry out any orders he sent their way.
The King of Entholia appraised the man kneeling before him with a critical eye, and he chuckled softly to himself. " And what do you think you could possibly have to offer that would interest me Hiro? You are an elf, I have conquered your kingdom and killed many of your traitorous brethren with my bare hands, I have doubts about your motivations for coming here this evening."

Hiro kept his head low, but smiled slightly, "My lord.... I believe you have underestimated me. I may appear to be an elf, but that is but half of me. My father is one of the most intelligent psychics to have ever walked the land."
"Since I was young I was trained in the use of Barriers. I have an exceptionally high defense, and a deadly offense." he chuckled slightly and raised his head enough to meet Dagon's glowing red eyes, "On top of that... I am a quick learner, hard worker, and rarely ever complain."

Support this man. And he will give you the key to what you desire. her master's orders echoed in her head.
Fair enough. So, here she was, at the gates of the Golden Throne. Looking at a guard, she purred seductively as a brief hint of the pheromones she emitted were released from under the black cloak covering her form.
"I wish to speak to your King. I have reason to seek employ with him." she said with a wink.

Dagon leaned foreword in his throne, his eyes narrowed calculatingly, and he nodded slowly. He sent a mental probe out to one of his spies who was prostrating himself along the wall in ragged slave garb, his shaved head pressed to the cold stone of the floor. he is not to be trusted Dagon warned silently, Not yet anyways, but he may still be of use to us. The spy twitched a finger in response.
Dagon's smile was cold as he eyed his new convert, "It would be, to say the least, very...harmful towards your health should you decide to cross me Hiro, and I warn you, I have eyes everywhere" His boiling red eyes glistened with dark intentions as he traced his lip almost seductively with the tip of his tongue.
His eyes grew distant, "There is someone at the gate, someone...very powerful..." His eyes burned with interest, He sunk mental tendrils into the weak mind of the guard at the gate A succubus he realized with a jolt as he felt the mind of the guard wrap around the will of the shapely woman standing at the sole entrance to his domain.
The gate swung open on silent hinges revealing an overgrown cobblestone path nearly empty save for the few armored guards patrolling the courtyard. They eyed the woman with interest but after a few moments glanced away. Dagon was unforgiving in his punishment for soldiers who allowed the sweet temptation of a woman distract them from their duties. But what they did after the were done with patrol was their business, so they vented up all that sexual frustration on the few woman who remained with them in this vast citadel, whether they were willing or not.
Dagon stretched luxuriously, the points of the sharp talons adorning his fingers slicing into the scalp of the auburn haired elvish woman on his left. She winced as rivulets of blood trickled down her nose and face, but remained silent. Her lord enjoyed causing pain even more than he enjoyed taking his pleasure from the woman he enslaved, to cry out was only to invite more pain and suffering into her already miserable existence. Through silent tears of blood she glared accusingly at Hiro, traitor.

Alshana grinned as she ascended the path, a self-satisified smirk. Granted her own abilities led to a more... seedy profession but they gave her what she wanted. Fuel.
Oh yes, she would have fun with these men later. Lots of it. Hopefully the man in charge didn't mind guards simply dropping dead by morning from her own needs. Oh well. They were expendable, and what she could offer was much more then that.
Making her way through the citadel, she stopped at the entrance of the throne room, and leaned nonchalant against the wall.

Dagon motioned towards the doors to the throne room, two slaves scrambled to their feet to heave the doors open.
"Enter," he called in his deep lucid tones. One eyebrow arched quizzically, he admired the woman who stood in the doorway, she was much more imposing in person. He felt his hunger stir as he admired her form, and he sighed with regret as he reigned in his instincts.
Too dangerous.
"What brings you to Tristram?"

"To serve you, Lord Dagon." she replied as she stepped into the hall.
"My lord and master has seen there is a benefit to be had if I work with you." the fallen Valkyrie said. "Thus I have come here to offer you my services."
Looking around quizzically, she nodded to herself. "Men and steel are a fine defense but I offer you far something better then that. Yes, I know how strong you are in the way of magic but I can assure you that I am no 'Succubus' even though I walk that path." she said.
Looking at her left hand, she noted the Reality Breaker was online. She did not, however, want to waste it unless he demanded he show her something.

His eyes narrowed as he glared at her with increasing animosity. A phantom voice whispered in his mind, its voice low and sibilant Calm yourself Dagon, she can be as much use to you as you can be to her.
He breathed deeply, the pulsing red veins of his arms sticking out in stark relief against the pale skin of his arms as his fists clenched and unclenched repeatedly.
"Very well." He hissed, "I will accept your offer, however reluctantly, if you can prove to me what use you could be to me." His crimson eyes glistened cruelly, "I only have one use for women."

Alshana chuckled pleasantly as though it were a fine joke.
"Very well then, Lord Dagon, what is your first task for me?" she said, standing at military attention. Alshana felt that she would understand the way that Dagon operated.

Dagons eyes sparkled with malicious glee, "I want a taste of your power Alshana." He casually plucked her name out of her thoughts, "And I can thing of no better way than to experience them myself." He laughed coldly, "Then perhaps, we shall see where you would be of most use to me."
He got to his feet slowly, carefully unclasping the billowing black cloak from his broad shoulders. spidery red veins wound their way up his muscular forearms until they disappeared beneath the sleeves of his embroidered black leather jerkin. The light seemed to dim in the room, and eerie shadows played across his exposed skin and caressed his high slanted cheekbones. The Auburn haired woman on his left stood quickly to catch his cloak as he tossed it to the side before sidling back a few feet until she was safely hissed within the boiling shadows at the edges of the room. The woman with long tangled black curls quickly joined her.
Dagons eyes slid out of focus, and his voice seemed much lower, rumbling deep within his chest as he spoke; " Come on Alshana, lets see what you can do!"

Alshana sighed as she unbutton her own cloak, letting it free from her, rather then keeping her form covered. She spread her wings out, as though testing them before folding them back in. Drawing the longsword at her hip, it hummed quietly with that of a beehive's communal hum.
The Fallen Valkyrie sighed. "Such a waste but very well." she said curtly as she took a fencing stance and waved Dagon forward.

He slowly approached her, arms folded as he gazed down at her. His facials were solemn as he gazed down at her with a calculating intensity. He clucked his tongue impatiently, "You misunderstand..." His voice was hushed, "I have no doubt of your... physical aptitude, that is of no difference to me."
The attack came without warning as he raked her mind with his power, the swirling black vortex tugging at her sanity as he exherted his will in the form of an overwhelming pressure. It ended just as suddenly, Dagons eyes were clear as he observed her. That is power akin to the Elidhu who live deep within the Nirdahr forest to the east, They are an ancient race of with an enourmous power, despite their interbreeding with humans in the area. Many have left their forest home to interfere with the advance of my armies on the rest of Entholia. Their power has been dilluted but they are skilled mages at their weakest and formidible sorcerors at their best, they lead the rebel forces in my brother's....absence."
He renewed the mental pressure, " If you wish to serve me, I must observe the depth of your arcane abilities."

Else held the reigns tightly as she approached the towering gates of Entholia. the two colts that drew her carriage halted and stomped nervously. Else hushed them and stepped down from her seat and pulled down the hood from her head. she clenched the note in her pocket, her hand was wet with sweat as she approached the gate guards. they looked imposing but her note would ensure her safe passage. Else traveled to Entholia from the east, it was a long ride, but her cargo was precious. her master sent her to Entholia to make a trade with the lord Dagon. her master was in severe need of money, his research was expensive and time consuming. but he felt Dagon and him could benefit from trading one of his masterpieces. her masters work would not allow him to take the trip to Entholia, so he sent Else. his servant. Else was tall and thin, her hare like ears stood high and her hair was white and flowing. she concealed herself under a long brown cloak. her appearance did not matter now, all that mattered was the cargo, the Crystal Lotus. Else shown the gate keepers her note, that informed them of her intentions to sell a powerful weapon to Dagon. they let her pass. she walked the two colts and her cargo through the streets. they were nearly empty, it gave her a chilled feeling. but she walked on till she arrived at Dagon's palace doors. she suddenly felt very small, and she remembered some gossip she had heard about Dagon, that he was cold and relentless, and would kill people just to see it happen. Else stared at the doorway almost like her feet had always been there. the wind blew under cloak and chilled her legs. Else pushed herself, and pressed her weight against the door.
