((Hiya Emotional! Thanks for decidng to PRP with me ^.^ I'll put down the last post I had for the Eclipse, and it'll become our own!))
Etoile seemed so down and out, that even her lantern started to dull. Watching all the other Twilifs frolic and dance beyond them didn't help at all. What looked like stardust trickled down Etoile's cheeks.
"It's so unfair that all these other Twilifs are happy except me. I know I should be more positive about it, but now I'm not so sure that's going to work. This place is nice, Earth. the things that grow here are lovely and all..but..." Etoile covered her face with her hands. the shining stardust she rubbed away drifted away like dust in the wind. It also got on Shui, which made his skin sparkle.
"...But maybe I should go back to Mother Moon and stay there for good. Cause this place just isn't it!" Etoile was extremely upset, and rarely was she ever about dumb little situations such as finding a mate. Suddenly, all went quiet, and all that remained was Shui and her. It was as if everything vanished. Only they remained...

The one of mist started to really worry about the twilif in his arms. He lantern had lost some of it glow and she seemed so down. He let go of her a little bit to look at her and see is she really was alright. Thats when he saw the stardust like material.
He got really worried about her at that point. He heard a little of what she said about her not being happy. He didnt notice the stardust as it got on him. But as soon as she mentioned going back to the Mother Moon he moved to sit in front of her, rubbing away the rest of the stardust like material. He lightly grabbed her to make her face him. "Stay. Stay with me and everyone else." He looked at her with his sad and worried face, pleading with her to stay and to cheer up. He didnt like to see her like this. No one should feel that way anyways, to him especially not her.
((I put it in the other thread as well by accident. And welcome, they are cute together.))

Etoile looked up, she was surprised that shui had said that. She wasn't expecting it, that was for sure. the shiny stardust drifted among the flowers. Now they were glowing and sparkling. It was like a fairytale! And Etoile LOVED fairytales the best. she hated reality in all.
"..." Etoile was out of words from shock. thjen she noticed, everything went quiet.
"...Where did everyone go...?"

Shui was a little happy that she had stopped 'crying'. He didnt want to see her that way. He relaxed a bit but didnt let go of her. He wasnt even noticing what was around them until she mentioned it.
He then looked around and noticed they were alone. He never noticed when the others that had been in the feild had left. He wasnt too worried about it though, so he turned back to Etoile with a still slightly concerned look on his face. He wanted to make sure she was okay.

Etoile looked up at Shui and his dark, grey-blue eyes. They were different from hers, which were greyish lavender.
"I'm okay...I think I am now." the stardust tears had drifted away and among the flowers they were in. It was such a lovely field, something that the Moon lacked, actually. Why didn't she see it before? This Earth was a LOT better than Mother Moon! It had flowers, which she loved, the stars that could be seen, clouds, life, air, the wind. It was a great place! And she wanted to leave this? Etoile shook her head low and konked on her head softly.
"What was I thinking. I'm a idiot." she almost said with a giggle. Looking back at Shui, she pointed to her lantern, that was no longer dull. she wanted to grab it quickly, but Shui holding her made her not quite want to move.

Shui sighed. She was alright now. He felt better that she was.
He watched as she lightly hit herself. He shook his head at her calling herself and idiot. She pointed to her lantern that was sitting next to him. he let go of her for a second and quickly grabbed it and set it next to her before turning to her, shaking his head. "Not an idiot. Smart and pretty." He blushed as he said the last part. he was admitting to her of what he thought of her looks. He hadnt really realized it until he said it, then. But he knew it was true.
He held her again, no knowing what her reaction would be to what he said.

Etoile stayed still. She dropped her lantern, and instead, held Shui. She felt...happy. Finally, this was happiness? Alone in a beautiful field of flowers, and with Shui, who cared. Etoile rest her chin lightly on Shui's shoulders.
"..This is happiness, don't you think?" she murmured soft. Now that all the Twilif had disappeared and it was just them, this was even better than when she was born!
Out of the corner of her eye, Etoile saw something. It perked her interest. She looked over at the forest.

Shui nodded into the side of her head. He was happy as well. He had never experienced this kind of happiness in his life. He held her close. He wanted this to last a bit longer, this moment with just the two of them in the field of flowers.
He noticed her movement and looked in the same direction she was looking in the forest. He couldnt tell what he saw. "Wha...?"

A flitting glow of indigo blue was floating nearby. Etoile knew this glow, it was the Lost Fairy Sapphirix. Seems that she had found Etoile and Shui. The little glow laughed, then zoomed away. Etoile blushed. She realized how corny and fairytale like this was. 2 people standing in a dreamy setting, in eachothers arms.
"Eep..." Etoile squeaked. She was flushed to the bone with lavender blush.
"um....Shui...? Can I ask something?" she sounded serious now

Shui watches the bue glow as it floated nearby before laughing at them take off. He tilted his head at this but shook it off in the end.
His attention was drawn to Etoile when she 'eep'ed. He thought something was wrong until he saw her blush. It complimented her already lavender color, and he smiled.
He nodded at her request, he didnt know what the question was, but he was sure he would be able to giver her the answer.

"...Do you....wanna go wandering about?" is what came out of her mouth. It's not what she wanted to say, but eh. She held Shui's hand and tugged it gently as she picked up her lantern. This flower field was great and all, but she wanted to go exploring! Etoile sounded so upbeat and happy. She had a gleam in her eye.
"What do you say Shui?"

Shui looked at her, knowing that wasnt the real question, but he nodded anyways. He got up and grabbed his own lantern, following her. He kept a good hold on her hand as she tugged on him.
He stood there with her and smiled while nodding again, then he started to walk. He didnt know where they would go but he didnt care. Its not like they would get lost or anything, or even if it did what would it matter since they were together?

Etoile also gripped Shui's hand tightly as they began to walk away from their field towards the forest. What could they find there, she wondered. Perhaps a earthern? Relics that were lost ages ago? It did not matter. She had Shui with her! It made everything all the more fun.
As the 2 young Twilifs toddled into the forest, Etoile's ears seemed to twitch. Was she hearing something?
"Shui, don't you know that sound?" Etoile whispered as she came to a halt. Her ears raising and lowering, trying to pick up the highest point of hearing.
"...It sounds like...the milky way?"

Shui tilted his head from side to side to see if he could pick up on the sound that Etoile heard. He did hear a faint noise, but he wasnt sure what it was.
He held fast to Etoile's hand and had her follow behind him as he walked towards the sound. He looked back at her to make sure she kept up. He raised his hand to his lips. "Shh. Dont know what it is." He figured they could come up quietly on whatever it was, so that if they needed to stay away while looking at it they could.

Etoile followed behind Shui as he pulled her through slowly, her lantern waved back and forth, looking like a little firefly in the forest. Etoile could hear it better.
"It must be the milky way. Milk sounds really yummy right about now." Etoile fawned. A drink sounded nice, especailly if it were what Twilifs knew the best; the milky way! But this was Earth, and Etoile did not know that such a celestial part of space wouldnot be here. As they came to a stop, the sound was that of water trickling. But of course, Etoile, being closed off from the Earth world, did not know what water was.
