I went to GC here in Boston yesterday after a few weeks of not playing anything. So there I was shreddin the "S" out of that Kelly and I was only there for about 30 min. Anyway when I left to go get a burger and a (triple)shot of Patron I looked at my hand and I had this gigantic blister on my finger. Its almost the size of a dime. And of course the rest of my fingers were just torn to hell. I've gotten blisters before but they were tiny. Not like this one. I'm thinking about popping it and puttin a band aide on it to keep it from infecting.
This ever happen to anyone?

i hate blisters that don't pop by themselves because I get annoyed by them but I'm too much of a p***y to pop them myself lol

i cut my finger while struming really hard ... only when playing live razz i now tape it ..just in case .

I actually got a bunch of them from filling in for a friend's band's drummer....it's not pretty...

MAKQ i cut my finger while struming really hard ... only when playing live razz i now tape it ..just in case . that's...actually not a bad idea. Although, in my case where I'm clumsy and awkard and get cuts and blisters on a regular bases, I don't think tape all around my limbs would do me much good lol

lol drummers my best friend is a drummer his hands are all ******** up. my hands get cut up alot but it is not happening any more realy. but the tape thing sounds like a good idea i'll try that.

I have a scar on the inside of my upper lip. Once, I was playing guitar, and I did a string bend really quickly and violently. This made the body of the guitar go straight up into my chin, which made me bite the inside of my lip.
Yeah...It's quite dull. But it really hurt! Now I have a beard to cushion the impact. Ah, beards are both cool-looking and practical.

This made the body of the guitar go straight up into my chin, which made me bite the inside of my lip. Yeah...It's quite dull. But it really hurt! Now I have a beard to cushion the impact. Ah, beards are both cool-looking and practical. och that sounds painful. beards are pretty helpful and look nice i wish i had a beard.

Because of the way I pinch harmonic, I scrape the side of my upper knuckle against the string, and it doesn't show any damage, but almost any time I touch it it stings. It's been like this the last couple of years.
