That's how he'd stumbled upon this place. Coincidence.
But this is how Raiden got almost anywhere, and, fortunately for him, being a god, and having the perks that come with it makes this sort of thing extremely easy. Even for a place so.. distant form the usual. In fact, he appreciated this somewhat. A pride, so detached from the rest must certainly have strange customs. This alone aught his attention, because when you're immortal and bored, a group of weirdo's is quite welcome.
As it was typical for him, he skipped the normal rules. He came in undetected, which was hardly a tough thing. Gods rule, mortals drool... or something to that effect. He skipped the whole walking through a narrow valley for the sake of showing up past it, and perhaps getting a nicer look around. Normally he'd just skip to the heart of the territory, but, for whatever reason, he decided it could be fun to meet some patrol over here.
So, flopping on a rock, looking like a perfectly normal adolescent, albeit large adolescent, he simply waiting for anyone to pick up on him.

When Ziarre caught sight of an unfamiliar form simply lounging on a rock inside of the borders, her eyes narrowed dangerously. Making it this far in meant either great stealth, or...well, she wasn't going to finish that thought. Claws unsheathing partially, she padded towards the intruder. "What are you doing here?" Her posture and expression said that there had better be an explanation forthcoming, and quickly.

For a second, when the lioness approached, that tone in her voice, her entire stance.. Rai almost considered this could be a bad idea, invading the pride's territory. Then he remembered who he was, and wondered what the hell he'd been thinking.
He smirked slightly, yep, fun time indeed. "Nothing in particular, " he stated, shrugging almost nonchalantly, which may or may not have the intention to just annoy her further. "You? "
Not really intending on waiting for an answer, he slid off the rock, taking a few steps in no particular direction, making a show of enjoying the scenery. "So, whats this place called, anyway? " He did try to keep an eye on the female, though. god or not, he didn't want any claws in him. At least not yet.

Ziarre growled softly in irritation, tail flicking from side to side as she eyed the male. His mane wasn't fully grown, but he was awfully big for an adolescent...almost as big as she was, actually. Unfortunately for her, she hadn't met enough gods to put two and two together. "The Aali'makabila pride lives here," she snapped curtly. "And we don't do tourists. Either you want to live here, or you should get moving."

Aali'makabila. Okay. They were obviously strict about the borders. Or what borders they actually had. Still, he couldn't be bothered to step down, even as she began to growl. "Why should I get moving? " He purred slightly, glancing back at the lioness, tail flicking.
This was already quite fun, and he'd barely gotten started!

Lips drew back from gleaming fangs in a snarl, and Ziarre flexed her claws, feeling them grit against the stony earth beneath her. No, she wasn't one to like being messed with, not at all. "Then I and my ushujaa shall have to remove you, I'm afraid." She sounded incongrously cheerful about this. "It'd make a nice training exercise for them, I think."

An ear perked at this. so she could call on others.. Hm. Still not afraid. "And where are your ushujaa? " He quirked his brows, giving his most pleasant smug smile. "Besides, they can't be that good, I mean.. I got through. " Not that he'd played fair, but she didn't know that yet.

With a hiss, Ziarre took a step forward, paw raised as though about to strike. "If you've harmed them..." Fur bristling, she trailed off, letting her glare finish the sentence for her. Then sense kicked in, and she eyed him more closely. "You didn't see a single one of them, unless you ran from them." She smirked confidently after that statement. Even if he'd defeated one of them, they would have left marks of their passing on his hide--and the adolescent was untouched. "Try again."

Ooh, struck a nerve, had he? He smirked quietly, tohugh the paw did surprise him a bit, he figured he was pushing buttons. "I may have, " but it was unlikely, and he showed that he wasn't serious simply by his tone. She had a point, if Raiden did attack anyone, god or not, he'd get hit. Unless he set a trap for them, or.. morphed into a rhino or something of the sort. But that was just silly.
"And oh, I saw them, alright. " he flicked his tail casually, raising a paw to examine it as a foolish ant had decided to come no board. Flicking it off, he turned his attention back to the female. "They just didn't see me. "

"Snuck in, eh?" Ziarre's lip curled in a sneer. "Well, the sneaking ends here. Either you come with me to Zaliwa, or you turn around and leave the way you came." She walked up to him, almost certainly encroaching on his personal space as she stared flatly at him. "So make your choice, and be quick about it."

"Not exactly. " He said smugly, though his ears flattened somewhat at the approach. Eesh, lady, ever hear of personal space? After a brief moment of annoyance at this, however, Raiden let it go. he wa ssitll having fun, after all.
"I think.. neither. I like it here, thanks. " He purred, walking back to the rock he'd been on moments ago and flopping on it, crossing his front paws over each other and looking at her. What now, lady?

"Well, too ******** bad." Stalking after him, Ziarre snapped at his tail, the teeth clicking shut a hair's breath from the tufted tip. The look that followed promised Raiden that if he didn't move, the next time she wouldn't miss. "Last warning, meatbag. Move it or lose it."

Though he was still far from afraid, he flicked his tail, pulling it towards him in annoyance. Messing with the tail, lady? Really? He contemplated when was a good time to show off his.. ah, 'true colors', but, then again, he'd rather wait just a bit more. Lets she if he got her to attack.
"Meatbag! I don't recall calling you any names. " Raiden said, sounding as fake-offended as he possibly could. "not until you apologize. " He purred smugly, but wisely kept his tail close.

"I don't apologize to trespassers," Ziarre spat, glaring down at him. If looks could kill, Raiden would be well and truly skewered by the daggers flying from those green eyes. Too bad, really...it would have removed this irritant quite nicely. Ignoring his 'offense,' she stepped yet closer to loom over him threateningly. "Get. Out." And with that, she swiped at him.

"Why not? We're people too! " He sounded almost scandalized. Well, if it weren't for the obvious sarcasm. He blinked at the swipe, ducking his head quickly, though her claws successfully skimmed over his ear, and perhaps cut a few hairs on his mane. Ouch, those were sharp. He furrowed his brows, getting back up and taking a few steps away, offended ear folding back towards his skull.
"I. Don't. Wanna. " He mimicked her tone. Ear was stinging, but he could take it.
