Welcome to the Lolita confessional a place to share misadventures in the lolita world. For instance losing a dress, cutting it too short or too long, or stopping by a nifty vintage shop only to discover its a cross dressing shop (Which is just as neat and interesting!) Any little mishap or misadventure can be shared here. And naturally stories of other people you've seen or that friend of a friend is welcome.

Mishaps...? Well, I have come by few... though I do have 2 very cute skirts that make for wonderful lolita-esque fashions when there is a petticoat underneath... problem is, all my petticoats turned out too long... and I currently have to roll the waistline up and pin it, to where the petticoat isn't sticking out 2 inches from the bottom hem of the skirt...

*Sighs and hugs a porcelain doll.* Being that I am en elegant/cute lolita, I have an obsession with porcelain dolls and stuffed animals. Mama offered for me to go to a garage sale with her once and I just didn't feel like it. This was the one and only time I ever turned down garage saileing because she said, when she came back that it was an absolutely huge sale of teddy bears, Stuffed bunnies, and porcelain dolls....AND THEY WERE CHEEP!!!
They could have been perfect for a photoshoot! Like a little lolita asleep on a ginormous teddy bear! Which by chance they did have for $10.
gonk crying stressed

So Yesterday before work I had standing plans to go shopping with Steffy, but with no car I couldn't go meet her way way out in kississmee. So she went to where she was going alone, this morning she's on aim and sends me a picture of the most perfect lolita dress I"ve ever seen in america. Looks like it was right from one of the E-bay shops. She said she knows I'd like it, but wasn't sure my size... the dress was only $15, and it came with its own krinilin. crying Mini moni isn't even perking me up yet. I want my car back now!!!

I can never find anything slightly loli-ish.
Although I found some really cute sundresses with crinoline at Mariposa but they're all $80 and I'm really cheap.
