EDIT...So I just spent an hour going through 7 books and I still can't find it. I remember The Pirate King there is a description of Robillard. I can't remember where though in any other book. Sorry. HE HAS BROWN HAIR!!! That's all I can remember

 Um...her name is Lireya Harpell and she doesn't live with the main family, she keeps to herself in a wood farther south than Calimport (there's a forest there because she found it and has helped it grow since.) The family doesn't really talk about here, but it's said that she's almost over 250 years old and left after she got into a fight with one of the older members of the family about marriage.
