Is my clarinet section the only one with drama? Today the senior who sits next to me was telling people a story about why she is mad at another senior because of prom. She was mad because the girl she was complaining about was telling lies about her to her prom date, and he was believing her not his date. Does you clarinet section, or section for that matter, fight this much?

Oh yeah! your not alone there! Our Clarinet section is devided up into like three or four different rifts that get along with only the people in that group and like bearly tollerate the others, and that's for each band and there's three seperate band classes so..... our setion is like a time bomb just waiting to happen!

lol the entire band is full of drama and crap sweatdrop
but in our band its stems around the saxes and percussionists
us Clarinets get along great! ^^

Like, we don't have seperate rifts or anything. We are all friends, but some aren't friends with eachother. For example, Senior 1 is friends with Senior 2, who is also friends with Senior 3, but Senior 3 doesn't like Senior 1, who doesn't like Senior 3 but likes Senior 4. Senior 4 likes seniors 3 and 1 but not 2. Junior 1 likes seniors 1 2 ad 3 and junior 2 but not senior 4, but junior 2 likes only junior 1 and senior 4. Frehsman 1 likes all the seniors but not the juniors. Freshman 2 doesn't know anybody except senior 2 because she used to play alto sax, but I know everybody and I am friends with everyone except junior 2, who is kind of bossy and used to play percussion(drumline.) Personally, I favor junior 1 and senior 2, because senior 2 is in both bands and junior 1 helped me learn a scale I wasn't quite sure about on the day of regionals auditions. One of the seniors is next to my section leader because on said regionals day she was the one to give me a spare mouthpiece because my sister broke mine.
Names not used for privacy reasons. Is that confusing or what? I had to rewrite it with the senior 1, 2, 3, and 4 things after writing the names because the senir thing even confused me.

When I was in highschool my clarinet section was Horrible with drama, But Our drama would be inbetween Other woodwinds. But Trust me Its just not your section.

No, our clarinet section stays together and gets along each other very well. There are some dramas but we keep it private and personal.
The most drama stuff going on is between the brass and sometimes the percussion.

I know all about the clarinet section drama there was a lot of that going on during marching band this year b/c there are two seniors me and another girl and junior got section leader and i was cool wiht that and so was she, but the real drama didnt start until this one girl joined the band and was telling lies about everyone and then her and a sophmore clarinet player or a junior i dont remember exactly what grade she is in, but they didnt get along and that started a lot more drama because we had to stop fights from starting and everything else. It was mainly the percussion and the trombone section leader that started the drama this year though

i have 4 clarinets in my band including me and we are the craziest section in the band but we just got a new clarinet person and im supposed to help her out but i absolutely hate her she does not take her private lessons to learn how to play so she asks me how to play notes ,that she should not know how to play yet, during a song when i am playing and she usually goes to the bathroom the whole time of band and she talks all the time...she even cut me off from the rest of the clarinets so i told her to move back abd she looked at me like i was a slut or something

When it comes to drama, the Clarinet section is fine. For the other sections though....I would say the most drama happens with the trumpets and flutes. You're not alone!

well...some of the clarinets in our section are very dramatic, they talk and complain about the sillyiest things..*rolls eyes*

Funny, the most chill, serene, and well-behaved people are in our clarinet section. The drama is mostly in our low brass section.

in our band there are a few ppl who lov 2start drama-but they're all woodwinds *sigh* i wish i could tell some good stories....but they all hav avi's too,lol

Oh, definitely. There are some people who bug the heck out of everyone and others who keep to themselves. Arguements tend to erupt pretty often. sweatdrop
