Flashback

He had been pleasantly taking a midnight walk when he heard her voice.

Kagome was singing a soft song of feeling betrayed and how can “he” want something dead and made of clay instead of something warm and alive.

Sesshomaru had surprised her by walking up and applauding. But when he got too close, he realized that her ears were pointed, her eyes were red, and her once soft ebony hair was darker with red streaks. As soon as he noticed she ran….

End of flashback

Her scent was different that night. It was hard to trace but he eventually found her standing on a large rock. He looked at her quizzically, a strange one indeed. Two weeks before his arm became infected and she healed it with her miko powers. He had always wished the hanyou’s wench death, and that day she had willingly helped him. He couldn’t understand her. Then again she was a strange woman. Woman, he thought with a scoff and scanned her body: lush chest soft curves hidden underneath a frilly short red skirt and matching top w/o sleeves. She was disobedient, stubborn, and worst of all was full of foolish bravery, but she was defiantly a woman. He admired all this as much as he disliked it.

Why is he following me? Kagome thought, It must be this dammed curse, all the demons hunt me down this night.

Kagome was cursed a few months back thanks to that danged half breed, Inuyasha. She was being attacked be a venomous demoness, who injected Kagome with and awful poison. She had been yelling and screaming for Inuyasha to save her but the dog never showed. She had recently found out that he had been visiting Kikiyo, nights only. She was disgusted when he came back to camp and (on these nights only) she could smell grave soul and rotting bones on his skin. He eventually became smart enough to erase most of the sent. The matter was there was no antidote for Kagome’s condition. So every few weeks she would become a demoness herself. And Pretty soon it would become permanent.

“My, my for a miko your sure can run…” Sesshomaru panted.

Kagome was half surprised he was usually stone serious, had he just made a joke? She shook her head and managed a, “Bite me demon.”

He smiled and walked towards her. She backed into a large oak tree and she glared at him, trying to keep her heart beat still.

“It seems someone beat me to the punch.” He stated now very close to her.

“How did you-?” She asked and half way and then she remembered an audience the night of the accident.

Kagome knew she had smelt him near but thought it was only because she had spotted Kikiyo and Inutrasha together next to his campsite. She had been following Inuyasha, unbeknownst to him. When she caught up with the half breed he had been smooching the dead girl. Tonight she would become full demon. Sesshomaru must have heard her that night had thought she was Rin… maybe….. Red line showed on her cheeks and her eyes lit red. She hissed in pain grabbing her stomach.

Sesshomaru snickered, “Want me to make the pain go away?”

Kagome nodded meekly not caring who was offering her help at the moment. The pain creased across her soft abdomen and up her chest. Suddenly Sesshomaru lifted her face and straightened her body. He made her stay by holding her chin. Kagome could have never guessed what happened next. HE KISSED HER!!!!

Inuyasha growled from the tree tops but couldn’t push himself to go forward. Kagome was almost 100 % Demon now and she would be unpredictable or said Kiyate. So he watched in fury as his disgusting brother tainted her lips.

Kagome felt the pain slowly dimming as his kiss became deeper. When he was finished she felt nothing but was panting. Kagome looked furious and she was and she opened her mouth to make a comment but she couldn’t find the words.

Sesshomaru smiled viciously, “I’ll make you a deal, you now have the power to replace my arm. I will not tell others about our little meet up if you help me.”

Kagome blushed and nodded keeping the pissed look as much as she could around him. She had never felt her heart race so much, not even when she kissed Hanyou. She hissed mentally. But it was true Sesshomaru did have a certain appeal. Kagome mentally slapped herself and placed a hand on the shoulder of Sesshomaru that was missing an arm. A quick two seconds and there it was his new arm.

Sesshomaru smiled and flexed his arm then pinned Kagome by the shoulders against the tree. She struggled and said many profanities. He only smiled as he delightfully watched her transformation from girl, to demoness.

“I never said I’d let you go.” He said as her pupils turned purple and her fangs grew.

She ducked her head, but he could still watch change. Her forehead was clear of any mark for no one had claimed her yet. Her cheeks red lines turned bright and this pleased him. She was quite dazzling. Her form grew more feminine and now she wasn’t just a woman, she was a demoness.

“Sesshomaru I beg you let me go their going to be after me. If Inuyasha finds me he is sure to…” Kagome cut off. She smelt him it was too late.

“Kagome do you honestly think I would ever let any other demon take you as his own?” Sesshomaru asked.

“I don’t understand.”

“Kagome, you’re stubborn, foolishly brave, and a terrible judge of character. You’re also kind, caring, motherly, and by all means beautiful.”

“You talk as if you’ve been observing me.”

“I have, I was wondering why Hanyou seemed so intent on you…. Then I watched you, you’d be a great mother.”

Kagome’s eyes shot up to his. He was smiling. She immediately regretted looking for now he was leaning toward her. He kissed the sides of her mouth.
“Kagome I am giving you a choice; you can either have some other demon come and mark in the next hour or so, or you can be mine.” Sesshomaru stated this softly and then kissed her lips.

Kagome thought about this thoroughly: She was sure he would take good care of her from their most resent path crossings…. He seemed to care for her more than Inuyasha…. He was strong and most defiantly handsome.

Kagome nodded and Sesshomaru kissed her forehead.

“This will only hurt a little,” Sesshomaru leaned down and put his lips next to her throat, “Are you ready?”

“Yes.” She whispered.

Before Inuyasha could react Sesshomaru was biting Kagome. He was too late…. His anger built up inside him.

Kagome hissed in pain but it stopped and he pulled his fangs out of her neck.

“Kagome, you are now my mate. Or I guess you would call it my wife.” He said as if he were the reverent at a ceremony.

She smiled softly and just before their lips touch- “SESSHOMARU!!!!”

Kagome was behind Sesshomaru before she could blink.

“Inuyasha.” Sesshomaru greeted him formally.

“This is no joke YOU KNOW SHE’S MINE!!!” Inuyasha snapped.

“I think a woman such as her would choose for herself, she has no father so it can’t be decided for her.”

“Cut the crap Sesshomaru. You don’t know JACK S%*& ABOUT HER.”

“Kagome?” He asked his voice emotionless.

“Yes?” She asked trying to keep her tone even.

“Do you have a father?”

“No.”

Sesshomaru stood still as Inuyasha leaped forward and unsheathed his sword. Sesshomaru dodged his attack and somehow manage to block Kagome as well.

“Wait,” Inuyasha paused, “Let me see her. If she still wants you then I’ll leave in peace.”

Sesshomaru lifted Kagome and placed her in front of him and then held her protectively against his chest, facing her towards Inutrasha. Kagome finally saw Inuyasha’s hurt face and she almost hurt but then she smelt clay on his skin.

“What!?” She snapped.

Inuyasha cringed. “Kagome I…”

“Save it, your really are a dumb dog if you think I’ll come back with after you were with her.”

“I thought”-

“Yah well you thought wrong send Shippo to Sesshomaru’s camp site and give the Sango and Miroku my apologies. But you Inuyasha, you have Kikyo comfort you. Have fun playing with dirt.”

Inuyasha stood there mouth agape he was about to reach for her but Sesshomaru quickly lifted her bridle style and carried her off into the night.


Four Years Later

Kagome held her husband’s hand as she watched there first born scamper across the grass. He fell twice and his “big sister” Ren was behind him every step. Sesshomaru leaned down to press his lips to his wife’s cheek. He inhaled her scent. She had been with Ren all day picking cherry blossoms from the tree-tops. Shippo tugged on Kagome’s shirt.

“M-mom?” He asked meekly.

“Yes?” She said smiling with all the love and affection she had.

“Can I go to the creek?”

“Of course, Be back before sun down.”

He nodded and cheerfully hopped down a dirt trail hidden behind thick trees. Kagome sighed as she watched him. This was her life now, and no one could take that from her.

I know, I know you wrote it too fast and blah, blah, blah. But cut me some slack I have a busy schedule. Comment at will!

I would tell you some mistakes you made, like spelling and crap. But I don't feel like it unless you really want me to, which I think you wouldn't really care to hear. What I really feel like saying is the story in general...

HO-LY ****!!!

THANK YOU! I hate how Kikyo ALWAYS gets Inuyasha's affections! Hes always so romantic and nice to her and crap but Kagome!? Nooooooo, she just gets yelled at and ignored and sometimes gets his affection! He only likes her like that because she looks too much like Kikyo. Kikyo is DEAD! DEAD! She's not the same person, just clay and dirt and ashes! He should MOVE ON!
Plus...Sesshoumaru and Kagome are actually a cute couple if you turn your head to the right a bit.

GOSH!

And Naraku! The anime/manga ends and he's STILL alive!? WTF!? (Getting off topic)

I agree. Inuyasha always thinks of Kikyo, which annoys me at times.
The story itself was pretty good, but the spelling mistakes sort of annoyed me at times- But, hey... We all make mistakes.
