This is where all of the shinigami from Division 5 will train using there zanpakutos. While you do this you will practice against dummies or against other shinigami with your strength. You might even get to train against the Captain and Vice Captain if your able to handle the pressure that they use when swing their zanpakutos.

 Division 5 - Seat 3 Yin walked into the training ground by him self, holding his sheathed Zanpakuto in his hand. He let out a small sigh as he knelt down. He slowly took off his shirt and uniform so all he had on was his pants. "Let's get htis done with." He said to himself. Yin unsheathed his Zanpakuto and placed in front of him. "Freeze!" Yin yelled out. His spiritual pressure would rise to a level of about a Fuku Taicho was at. He placed his Zanpakuto into the ground. As the snow began to fall, Yin let out one small sigh once again. He leaped into the air, his Zanpakuto still inplanted in the ground, and went into a hand stand. The snow slowly became more thick and the temperater was getting way below 20 degrees. He started to do push ups will in the hand stand, letting out a a breath everytime he came up. This was his brutal training and he wasn't going to stop till he had made past his last training. That was about 200 push ups while in the cold. "23....24....25....26...." And so on he went not slowing down, not speeding up.

Division 5 - Seat 3 "189....190....191...." Yin didn't stop. Blood dripped from his lips and his arms were shaking uncontrollable. He was near his point and he was about to break. The wind started to get worse as he kept going and going. the snow had piled up to his shoulders, but his reiatsu was melting it, leaving his outline in the snow. "199...200... 201..." He passed his limit. He was starting to fall but kept it up. His mouth was open now, blood dripping every time he had went down. As he approached 205, he fell to the ground, panting heavily. He was injured badly by this time but he didn't want to stop. Yin was practically commiting suicide by this training. But after all this was to get stronger, to protect everything that he had loved. Yin wasn't about to become weak. He didn't want to be the one sitting out of a fight just because he was weak. Yin staggered his way up, using his Zanpakuto to help him. He sheathed the blade and limped his way to the entrance. As he would leave, the temperature would slowly turn back to its normal state, and the snow would melt, leaving the area to be beautiful as it was before.
