Saedah had it fixed in her head that she could teach the scary snake boy to be nice. It really was hard...given her timid nature to convince herself that she could actually show Ter how to be nice. But she was...strangely set on it. Perhaps because Ter was so much like herself that she wanted to feel closer to him....
Though when she had asked her father to ask Ter over she added quickly that Ter was to leave Baroness at home. The one still made her quake in her shirt. Slithering around she readied the tea party. Wearing a kimono her father had given her to wear on special occasions she had decided this was for a very special occasion. Doing her hair up she got her dad to help her with the chopsticks to keep her hair in the small bun.
She then went about setting up the treats of the daifuku (red bean curd rice cakes) and placing little origami napkins at two places. She was nervous, but she took deep breaths like her daddy had told her to do when she was nervous. No need to be scared...it was just Ter.

Ter was caught somewhere between confused and annoyed... he didn't understand why he was being called from a perfectly wonderful day of lazing about in front of the television to go to another of the apartments in D-Corp to visit a teacher he didn't care for and a brat that was afraid of him. He gave a hissing sound, tongue flicking against the piercings in his lower lip as he headed along. On top of everything else that was going wrong with this invitation he was told to leave Baroness home and Wyvern was steamed...
He gave a shake of his head as he reached out to knock on the door, giving it a glare. He would figure out what was going on here and then he would be on his way as fast as was possible.

At the sound of the knock she nearly jumped out of her skin. Right..it was just the door...she tried to slow her beating heart before she tucked some hair behind her little pointed ear and then slithered to the door.
"G...got...it d...dad.." She called out meakly as she then reached up and turned the door knob and opened the door. She slithered backwards a bit to then stare up at Ter her pink eyes wide.
She half hid behind the door looking very shy and extremely indimidated.
"Uh...w..welcome...t...to o..our home." She stuttered as she then opened the door to allow Ter to come inside. She then gave him a formal bow, determined to try and be polite.

Ter found himself starring down at the pink girl for a long moment before he finally blinked, "So... why was I summoned?" He asked, crossing his arms over his chest looking quite put out. He didn't get why it wasn't Geia that was told to come here, he liked these people and he could deal with small children that were scared of their own shadows... Ter didn't know what the hell he was supposed to do with them...
He watched the way she half hid behind the door before she opened it up all the way and bowed before him. He blinked his yellow eyes a couple times, confused... the Hells?

She looked up at him with her large round eyes and then looked down at the floor. No time...to get afriad now. She fidgeted with her rather expensive looking kimono sleeve before finally putting her arms behind her back.
"I...I..want...to..h..have ....t..t...tea...with you." She started after taking a breath. "D...do yo..u like tea?" She inquired even if it was imaginary tea, her dad wouldnt let her handle a heavy tea pot but promised he would bring out some real green tea if they really wanted it.
"I..h..have t..treats to." She informed hoping that would be enough to bribe the teen to come in.

He found himself starring at the little girl... confused, "Tea...? You called me for tea?" He asked before he squatted down to look her over for long moment then gave a bit of a laugh, "Yeah... your an odd one aren't you? I thought you were afraid of me."
Something that annoyed him to no end, he was being nice to her and her idiot of a father acted as though he meant to make a meal of the girl. No he wasn't bitter...

Saedah looked at Ter a bit nervously. Didn't he like tea? Didn't everyone like tea? She began to worry twisting her hands in front of her whilst she chewed on her lower lip.
"Y..es...tea..." She answered before she tried to buck up, she wasn't going to let him scare the living daylights out of her, that was the point of this tea party....to teach him to be nice. When he asked if she was afriad of him she nodded her head slowly before slithering around and motioning with a ahand for him to follow.
"I...its...time for tea.n..now.." she mumbeled trying to look elegant as she moved towards the party that was set up on the living room dining table. A traditional japanese tea set was already positioned around the oak wood's surface, the tiny cups and a little plate with the daifuku buns which Ter may of remembered her offering to Baroness as a peace offering as so she didn't get eaten. The whole thing looked rather fragile, since it was all made of pottery, a simple green motif with a little lotus flower painted on each one...it was her most treasured possesion in the world.
The...table was actually pulled away from the couch so it sat in the center of the room. Two small pillows lay on the floor and she motioned for Ter to take one of them whilst she took the other. Swallowing she knew she had to try and be the best hostess.
"T...ea?" She offered.

Ter really, really didn't understand any of it... surely the girl knew that she was supposed to have tea time with children her own age? Children that were girls. Had he known he was coming here for tea and not... well he'd expected to be chewed out by the teacher for whatever reason. Had thought maybe he'd heard that Ter had gotten into a few more street fights and put to use the skills the teacher gave him.
"Had I'd known we were having tea I'd of brought Ria, she'd like this." He said as he slithered over to coil up grabbing the pillow so he could rest it on his coil pile and lounged forward on it, "Ahh... sure... tea is fine I guess."
He reached over to grab one of the snacks, looking it over before he popped it in his mouth to test the flavor of the odd looking thing.

Puffing out a cheek in annoyance she poured the tea carefully into a cup, she wanted Ter to think more about this encounter than just free food.
"n..no...j..just..wanted yo..you here." She stated as she then poured herself some tea as well. She looked like she was trying to be brave as she put the pot down and then took her cup with a shakey hand and broke the cup to her lips taking a small sip from it.
"D..o ..yo u..l..like the tr..treats?" She inquired after lowering her cup back to the table. She wanted to stop being scared of him...but upon closer inspection he was ...almost scarrier than she realized. All thos peircings...her father would never allow her to do that to her face...and she didn't completely understand why someone would WANT to do that to themselves.
It seemed like she was measuring Ter up...so she could figure out the best way to make him nicer.

Ter looked over at the girl before he gave a chuckle, "Is that so? Careful now my girl might think your trying to steal me away if she heard that sort of thing from you." He said, half teasing. He highly doubted that the girl had any such thoughts in her mind about him given how scared of him she asked... unless of course she was the sort that liked being scared. Hrm... It made one wonder.
He reached his hand over to scoop up a another of the treats and watched as the girl poured the tea and gulped down the next of the tasty items that were laying out in front of him. He chewed as he watched the girl in front of him who was starring at him.
"The treats are good so you don't have to worry about me eating you instead of them." He told her, giving a chuckle, "Not that you should worry about that after all you have bonus points."

Saedah looked to him with wide eyes, he...had a girl? What exactly did that mean? Steal him away? Was she even able to do that? The very idea of stealing him befuddeled her.
"I...u...h..." she started trying to gather her thoughts together but found them only being muddeled up in her mind. She stiffened as she watched him gobble down another treat before drinking his tea the idea that he...actually had thought of eating her cause her to pale and shake a bit.
"B...b...o..n..nus poi..points?" She suttered trying to stop her hands from shaking as she put the tea pot down.

Ter shouldn't be so amused really, after all he didn't enjoy picking on girls as much as he did other guys... well aside from Z, he loved picking on her because she would give him a good fight as well as other fun stuff. He reached forward to grab a handful of the bean bun things and tossed a couple into his mouth. So long as there was food he didn't mind hanging out and playing this strange game.
"Yeah, bonus points cause your a chick. I don't like guys as much as I do girls... there are a couple that aren't so bad but some like that idiot Cassi or even my damn brother... Those sorts of guys are idiots." He said before he ate another of the treats in his hand.
When they were gone he reached down to pick up his cup and sipped at the tea.

Saedah looked at him and blinked a bit confused.
"Bu...but I am a..s..snake." She replied so utterly confused and then he continued about someone named Cassi and his brother who could build damns?
"W..why? I..l..llike you b..brother.." She murmured her face going several sheets of pink as she tried to distract herself by grabbing a snack since they were dwindling in quantity fairly fast.

He looked over at Sae before giving a snort, "I am sure that you would." He said, it was probably the fact that the owl was far to nice for his own good that made him the sort little kids would like. He rolled his eyes as he laid in a lazy manner against his coils. It would be a shame if this snake ended up to much like Geia... to weak. It was why he was trying to keep his eyes on Maria.
"So, you know anything about your dragon yet?" He asked, changing the subject to something that would be more interesting to him.

She looked him over wondering once again why he seemed unimpressed with her liking Gwea. She wanted to puff out a cheek indignantly, how..how dare he not like Gwea. She wanted to say something to Ter to defend the owl boy but she chewed on her lip instead. The purpose of the meeting today was to teach Ter to be nicer. Her...hopes hadn't been high so the bar was rather low.
When the subject switched to her dragon she...looked a bit starteled and then lowered her gaze to stare into the tea cup in her hand.
"Uh..." She shook her head a bit, "Eto....I..l..learned it..l..liked caves.." She replied slowly.
