Forward Guard
Unlike its name, Eleventh Division is in no sense of the term a "guard" Following the philosophy that the best defense is a good offense, Division Eleven has nearly always been notorious for its love of combat and its reputation for turning out capable and competent soldiers, however; due to its fierce reputation and lack of ability to follow orders, Eleventh Division isn't charged with very much responsibility, only with new recruits as a secondary "basic" training squad, Eleventh Division is usually chosen for newly graduated Academy Students in order to familiarize them with fighting and coordination with other Shinigami as Squad Eleven has the highest level of group-dependence of any of all the Thirteen Squads.
