 Yugure was out wandering around having recently been driven from his home by a squirrel. It was always coming into the little cave he had found and chattering away. He also noticed the small eyed glares it'd give him. Clearly it was out to get him and his home so he left. He was on the search of some place new to live. Flinching at a branch cracking he glanced around quickly. "No one there." He said with a sigh of relief. He then turned back to where he was going: a small deer path up ahead.

 Walking along in the Eastern territory Starla was surprised at how often she had found her paws leading her through this land. Ama had introduced her to its wonder and she couldn't believe all the amazing things that were here that she couldn't find anywhere else. Seeing a small rabbit and suddenly feeling hunger gnaw at her stomach Starla took after the small thing. Finally clenching it in her jaws she looked up to find herself on a deer path. Closing her jaw shut the rabbits struggling stopped and blood seeped through its fur into Starla's mouth. Rabbit had always been her favorite.

Yugure paused before entering the deer path. A rabbit had just shot out into it. He crouched down ready to give chase when a blue sparklely female shot out after it. He froze in place and stared at her as she caught the rabbit and killed it. Perfect! Just perfect! Now there was another helix here and had just caught his meal! They were always out doing these kinds of things to him.
Finally unfreezing he stepped back hoping to get away before the female noticed him. Unfortunately he stepped on a twig snapping it in half. Freezing once again he stared at the female.

Hearing the snap of a twig Starla twirled her head around she noticed a blue male. He was backing away and was obviously the cause of the sound as his paw now rested on a broken twig. Raising her eyebrow she wondered why he was backing up as if he'd seen a spirit. "Mmmph Hwou?" Realizing she had rabbit in her muzzle she placed it at her paws. "Hello." Trying to act cordial Starla wasn't sure if this helix was friend or foe. She still remembered running into Hunter. She'd rather not face that again.

Yugure stayed frozen for a moment longer before moving. He stood straighter and held his ground. "Hello." He said after a moment of silence. He watched the female carefully fully prepared to flee or attack on what she does next. "Who are you?" He asked carefully. He was trying to avoid cluing her in that he knew that she had been sent to take care of him.

Smiling Starla tried to act friendly but kept her gaurd up. This male was obviously very tense for whatever reason and usually a gaurded helix was a very skittish helix prone to strange outbursts. "My name is Starla. What's yours?" Getting a fresh wiff of the rabbit Starla gazed longingly at it from the corner of her eye. It looked so good! But she wasn't going to chance it until she knew the male was no or hardly any threat to her. He was older and higher ranked then she but you could never tell.

Yugure looked at Starla for a moment longer before sitting down. "I'm Yugure." He said giving her a look that said 'But you already know that.', "What brings you here besides the rabbit?" He was trying to be nicer than he usually is since he was talking to someone younger than him. He quickly glanced around to make sure no one was sneaking up on him.

"Nice to meet you Yugure." Smiling at his now relaxing form she decided he wouldn't attack and if he did she would take off the direction she had come. It helped to be fast. "I'm just exploring the area. I live in the neutral territory but this territory speaks to me more then my home ever could." Laying down herself Starla ripped off a piece of the rabbit and swallowed. It was good and left her sighing in happiness. Glancing up at Yugure Starla knew it wasn't polite to eat in front of others and so did the rational thing to do. "Would you like some?"

Yugure watched Starla closely, never knew when she'd show her true colors. ".... Yeah sure." He said in response to the nice to meet you, "Well it is a beautiful land here. Much more pleasant than the other territories." He stared at her suspiciously when she offered some of the rabbit. It was probably poisoned..... but then she wouldn't be able to eat it and she had already took a bite. "Um..... I-I guess I'll take some." He said pausing, "......Thanks."

"Yes it is. I do wonder sometimes what it would be like to live here. But I don't want to chance it just yet you never know what lurks in the shadows. I happened to run into one of those things not to long ago. It wasn't a pleasant experience." Shuddering slightly Starla remembered piercing red eyes and bat wings. Shaking her head she smiled at him and picked up the rabbit moving closer but still keeping her space. Tossing the rabbit to him she nodded her head. "Go ahead and take what you wish. I don't mind I can always catch another." Try to anyway. But she left that part unspoken.

Yugure caught the rabbit in his mouth having quickly jumping up to meet it. He took very little of it before tossing it back. He swallowed the delicious meat and licked his chops. "Thanks again." He said thinking back on what she said, "It is really nice here but yes there are always things lurking in the shadows. Waiting until the perfect moment to strike." He nodded solemnly as he said this. "One shouldn't allow this to keep them from living where they want......... Hm...... I suppose I should take my own advice." He pondered this for a moment before shaking his head, "No no. Can't do that. They'll get me if I do."

Catching the rabbit she was impressed by his jump. "Your welcome." Listening to what he had to say she heard a lot of sense from it. Hunter shouldn't keep her from living in this territory if she wanted and besides Ama was here. The last thing he said made her perk up. "They? Who's they?" Cocking her head to the side she looked purely curious. Someone was after him? Why would someone be after him? Had he done something wrong?

Yugure licked his chops once more before sitting down and relaxing. "They?! They are everyone! Anyone could be they in disguise. Right now they are the squirrels near my home! Darn things are determined to drive me away!" He said standing up and growling, "But I'll teach them! They can't get rid of me that easily!" He looked at Starla huffing and sat back down. "Thank you. If not for you and this ..... discussion I wouldn't have seen this obvious answer to this problem."

Starla couldn't help the disbelief she felt at this outburst. They were everyone? That was an impossible probability if she ever heard one. And seeing as this was such Starla felt she had to tell Yugure. "You're welcome. But your earlier theory has some.....problems to it. They can't be everyone. If they were everyone then they would be me and I'm not they cause I don't know who they are. And they can't be everyone cause if they were you'd be one of them." Nodding her head she knew her logic was sound. "Why would they want to drive you away anyway? And really who ARE they?!" Starla was confused. She wanted to know who 'they' were!

Yugure shook his head at Starla. "See only they would say some...." He started to say before trailing off. He looked at Starla like she had suddenly done something suspicious. "Only they would say something like that!" He declared suddenly while jumping up and crouching down, "Clearly you know why they want to drive me away since you're one of them!" He snarled a little while backing away.
((He just had to bring 'them' up?! *rolls eyes*))
