Well its a new year,and all you Friesian breeders know what that means!!!! Right? It's time for the letters for foals born in 2009. So the letters will be D, E or F. Yay! I can't wait, because on my howrse account I choose the names for my friesian foals based on this system. So...Its that wondeful time of the year, spring is coming and that means the arrival of precious little foals! So if you know any foals born this year post a few pics and tell us about them. ^^ If you don't know any, go ahead and find some adorable pics of foals (cite ya source) You can post pics in the Friesian Art and Photos subform also.

Friesians Of Majesty Welcomes First Foal Of Spring!  Esina is a beautiful filly born last Tuesday to Ymkje's daughter Mayken. Robert does a special imprinting process with each foal born at Friesians of Majesty. He becomes the next best thing to Mom and when the training begins it is that much easier. We are in for a busy spring with 9 more babies due to arrive from now until July. There is nothing more heart warming than babies in the barn!
Yay! I was so excited to hear! I pretty much knew that Mayken was going to have her baby first since when I was up thier they told me. xD haha. So last tuesday was err... March 2nd. Mayken's mother, Ymkje is New Englands first Model Mare. I can't wait for more, especially Ylva's baby (I rode Ylva back in january and i love her so much!) smile

I have no photoss yett but!
Theres a pure bred BLACK Hanoverian mare going to foal this April or May. Last year her foal sadly died because he broke his leg in three places =[
Pictures ARE coming soon...
Oh and the sire is Free Style, if you know who he is...

hehe i got this photo from thier newsletter. ^^ I have pcis from thier babies last year. oh goodie i love hearing about upcoming babies!! oh thats horrible!!! Friesians of Majesty has a colt born last year and sadly he died after colon backup and coplications it was horrible for all of them especially Robert, the foal was not even 24 hours old. sad

More Friesians of Majesty Foals!Ymkje had a filly, Djuke Lilija had a colt, Folbert Elisabeth had a colt, Fetsen Tank the Surrogate had a colt, Everen Wayne the Surrogate had a colt, Durk Ylva had a filly, Femkje -which I got to see as a newborn. Silver Moon Kitsune `Akiko` Divaana had her foal! Its a filly named Freda, shes a grumpy one tho, she got her moms attitude! Pictures coming soon, Im going to see her on Sunday ^_^ His name is Free Style, I've never heard of him but apparently hes a dressage horse?
