This weekend we scanned some of the pictures from my sister-in-law Alisha's wedding, and yesterday and today I put it together in a webpage. We finally have a full family photo of everybody, as the last one we'd gotten was 7 or 8 years ago, and there have been so many new additions since then. In fact, there's one more new addition due tomorrow, and another in February, so we're constantly growing!

Enjoy!

eek WOW fabulous pictures, i can see Jason in Alisha too. What a lot of very beautiful sisters he has! they all look fabulous in red too, if that was a british wedding it wouldn't look nearly as lovely as that, now i understand when you talk about him having a big family! lol

Yeah with so many people in the family shot, it was impossible to get everybody smiling, especially the babies and some of the young ones.
I'm glad you all liked it, and even more glad I could finally show you all my big family!

I noticed your mother in law, 1 sister in law and a niece sharing a first name, is you mother in law named after someone? I think that is kind of neat that they are keeping something like that going. ~Also, any signifigance to only "A" or "J" (I think that was all I saw) as first initials?

Very shrewd of you to notice!! Yes, the name Alzada started with my mother-in-law's grandmother, I think. And the younger two actually have Alzada as their middle names (Andrea Alzada, and Aundriana Alzada) but both liked the name Alzada better early on and have been called that ever since. (There are also 2 Jeremys, 2 Adams, and 2 Alans, all father-son.) And yes, my mother-in-law named every child with a name starting in either A or J (good thing there are so many names with those letters!) And all but a few have middle names with A or J too! It just became a tradition for her, I guess, but there was no particular significance to it in the beginning.

MysticfawN but there was no particular significance to it in the beginning. Well, maybe I had one more kid I could have filled in all 4 of the first four letters of the alphabet... oh, wait, I worked backwards, as I started with Devin, then Cassandra and ended with Alexander. All I needed was a Burt, Barb, Beevis or Butthead after Cassie to have an actual trend going rofl I did, however manage to have them all (and myself) within 3 days of the end of our birthmonth... not sure how that happened, but when you consider months average 30 days each, 3 is around the last 10%, but I digress rolleyes I think in my next life I shall try to remember to start with an "A" name, and go from there. I better return as a man, though, since I do not think I want anything like 26 pregnancies which is what it would probably require to prove a theme...

No, I would try to pick one good old gal to hang on through the 26. If she is lucky she could have a couple sets of twins in fact razz

Michelle is expecting her baby today, we hope. She's 10 days overdue and was supposed to have her water broken on Tuesday, so she went in to the hospital, fully expecting to go home with a baby, but she was sent home because her doctor had left to attend to his sick mom, and the other doctor on call refused to break her water. So, her doctor returns today, and she was supposed to go in this morning and have her water broken, but we haven't heard anything yet. We planned to go down to Albuquerque for the day and perhaps come back later this evening.
I hope to bring you all good news later!

Yay!!! Please welcome my newest... niece!! Ceola Jaden!! She was born at about 5:50pm MDT today, Nov 4th, 2005. I was SO excited and happy when I found out it was a girl (as they have two boys already, and they both really wanted a girl.)
