Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Water 3/4 cup 1 1/8 cup 1 1/4 cup
Butter/ Margarine 1 1/2 TBS 2 TBS 2 TBS
Sugar 1 1/2 TBS 2 TBS 2 1/2 TBS
Salt 3/4tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp
Flour 2 cups 3 cups 3 1/2 cups
Yeast 1 tsp 1 1/2 tsp 2 tsp
Raisins 1/2 cup 3/4 cups 1 cup
Cinnamon 2tsp 1 TBS 1 TBS


Add each ingredient except the raisins and cinnamon in the order listed. Start the machine. At the first beep (or after t he first kneading.) add the raisins and the cinnamon.
