How much do you value your fitness?
Personally I value my fitness more then I used to. I try to make sure I eat healthy each day and do at least 30 push ups and 60 sit ups each day (I fell out of the habit so I had to start low again, but I'm working my way up to doing more).

Me I try to be at the gym 2-3 times a week. And I do eat healthy, I think - limited pork (too much fat), dark bread, fruits, fish a few times each week and so on.
Though I can't refrain from eating sweets at least every second day sweatdrop

I want to get fit, but it just seems I don't have time, and when I do, I'm tired and too lazy to do that instead of something else like practice guitar... And I WOULD eat healthy, but my parents keep buying unhealthy crap that you microwave and shouldn't be considered food... I don't even get to enjoy fish anymore...

I don't have much time to exercise. I have such long days at school and then loads of work to do afterwards. I do some yoga-stretching, sit-ups and other stuff almost every evening. Well, more or less, depending how tired I am. I don't have time to go to a gym, sadly. I eat rather healthily though. I eat food at school (almost every day) and a home cooked meal at home every day. I snack on fruit and sweets. I have a fast metabolism, so I don't really gain weight even if I binged on fast food for a week.

As far as dieting is concerned, I'm not too picky with what I eat throughout the day. I try to get a good workout done whenever I can... that's usually 15-30mins, 3days/week. My brother and cousin have been kind enough to spar with 3nodding Although I am looking out for a person to spar with ninja
Behold the torture chamber.... Sorry but no chocolates pass this point crying my big brother's rule stressed

eek ^That. That looks like something you'd execute something with. And me..Well,I try to eat healthy (Though I rarely do),I try to exercise (I fail to do that a lot),And I try to participate in gym (In which I don't.) So I'm not really high on fitness.

Seems like everyone has the same problem as me, or at least the problem I used to have when I was in school. In the summer I always worked out because I only had work and no school but once school started after going to school and then work I was too tired to even try to work out so I stopped. Now I'm out of school(I need to get my a** back in though) and I actually have energy to do so.

Eating healthy isn't too much of a problem for me, as I just naturally tend to avoid things like fast food and processed foods and soft drinks. Exercising is a different matter--hell, I've tried to establish a regimen before, but it's always fallen apart on account of being preoccupied with something else or just plain laziness. xp

i have times when i do and times when i don't, usually during a stressful week i'll do about 50 push ups and around 250 sit-ups (do about 20 reps of 6 or 7 different variations then just finish up with 50 straight sit-ups) and doing bench presses, but i rarely find myself disciplined enough to do it regularly. and i dont really watch what i eat. i go to mcdonald's for breakfast on the days that i work cause it's just convenient to get to (i walk there and back) and there's a ton of walking when you're unloading a truck, soo.... i get my exercise that way too. lol.

I used to be in pretty good shape, but I hit a "who cares?" phase, and now I'm recovering from that and trying to get my body back into some semblance of decent condition.

I've just started to try taking care of body. I've found that eating really isn't my problem. I mean I can resist not eating badly (sometimes). I think I just hate exercising. But I walk a lot nowadays. And I've found that walking actually helps. I went to the doctor yesterday and over a two weeks period I lost about 10 pounds. I hope I can keep it up.

I value it a lot, but sadly, I rarely practice it, which honestly, I really should. I'm a pretty big guy (6'3" 280 lbs) and heart problems run in the family. I used to go to the gym 3 times a week when I was going to school full time, but now that I dont, I dont really go to the gym much any more (it was right next door to the school). I at very least try to watch what I eat. I try to avoid fried foods and soda. I tried running around the block a few times a day, but my ankles and knees (******** them up in highschool trying to squat 400+) start to hurt. I'm going to try to get a weight bench and start lifting again.
