This area is for mostly all the noble familes to attended. The captains meeting room is also up in the white castle. The castle itself is connected to the holding cell tower where they hold there prisoners. The castle is also ontop of a mountain that is placed close to the Central 46 area. The rim of the mountain holds the area where the royal familes are. This castle also holds different areas for you to explore and have fun. There is also a place where you can train if you really want to. Don't count on training here for long though. The Castle is also used by Central 46 to give out orders to all of Seireitei and the rest of the Gotei 14.

The woman was strolling quite leisurely with her zanpakutou at her side. The silver-haired blue-eyed Fourth Division Taicho was humming a sort of tune as she popped in pieces of candy from her little jar of sugary delights. The ever so carefree and best general companion strolled towards the meeting room, expecting most to have already been there. Upon her stroll, she spotted Soma, causing a bright smile to trace her lips.

"Soma-taicho, Here for the Captain's meeting, I assume?" She purred as she fell into step beside the male. Their divisions were close to one another, in some sense. Location wise, yes, and maybe due to the fact there are quite the few mishaps in the Kidou field where things may not go as planned. It was a good thing that they could just swing on next door to get assistance.

Ringing his arm around in circles from his work out, Kazei strolled into the court of the White Castle. Everything here was just as one would expect it to be. Nobility style. Stained glass slabbed across the ceilings and walls and flooring of unidentified polished materials. When he walked in he took notice of his old friend, fifth division captain and best friend Soma.

"Well look what the cat dragged in. If it isn't old Soma. Still talkative as ever. You still licking your wounds from that a** whipping I gave you a while back. eh. Don't sweat it kid I'll give you a chance to get back at me, hehe."

He swung himself around not far where the podium was and into one of the benches. His legs casually cocked on the bench in front of him and his arms crossed behind his head. The meeting would be a long one. Most likely about the disturbance that was taking outside of Karakura Town.

"OI-IO! Everyone has arrived. I see we're here for the captain meeting. Cheerios to all. He skipped about to take a stand with all the other shinigami. Perhaps there was something urgent taking place that only he didn't know about. He was so drowned in his research at the moment that he tended to block all of the world out. It was all about results in his book. If he didn't have that he didn't have anything. Without them nothing could progress. And the commander's mentality was probably just as related. No results no progress. "Oi! Kazei-kun you made it. I was beginning to think you were going to stay locked away in your room mate." He said taking a notice at the outgoing big shot that tended to walk on an air of radiance wherever he went. He took notice of the rest of the gang such as Karume-chan, Mi-chan, and Kazei-kun's friend Soma also. Thinking about him he wondered how he enjoyed in drink, he let out a chuckle. He looked at the newcomer as well, but was interrupted by something he slightly miscalculated a back at the lab. And for the next couple of minutes he began readding it in his head.

Mi Young shook her head and giggled, "Oh, I wouldn't be surprised if there are captains that have taken a quiet fondness of you, Naosu-san. But don't worry about bearing gifts. It's the reward for a good harvest, and I want everyone to enjoy it. Besides, you given me pleasure already by allowing young, Makoto-kun to drop by to visit the gardens." She said softly. On occasion, Naosu allowed her to steal away the fuku-taicho for a hour or so to meditate in the gardens. Shinigami rarely come into Seireitei with a disability, so Mi Young was interested in a sort of aroma therapy and natural meditation perhaps to help him. No progress had been shown yet, but the boy seems to slowly have been growing more accustom to Mi Young's presence, and that's a start.

"But thank you, I would enjoy a cup of tea with you." Mi Young searched inside her bag, and took out several more packages of the persimmons. First she gave it to Karume, since she was the closest. "I hope you like persimmons, Karume-san, the season was good in our gardens."

Afterwards, she stood and approached Kazei, a rather rough around the edges, kind of man, but his heart was in the right place, if she could say that as the closest saying to his being. She bowed her head and presented the gift to him. Then she cycled around to Akuma, the seventh division captain, who his mysterious behavior made her curious about him, and then the rather lanky twelfth division captain. Like most of the others, she tended to stay wary of those who would not show their face, but Mi Young kept her smile, and presented the dried fruits to him.

Giving a rather generous smile toward Mi Young he bowed his head toward his fellow captain. "Miss." He stated in respect. Watching as she traced around to what seemed like examining the other's he too was doing some examining of his own. Many of the present Captain's had not met Akuma, nor has he met many of them. Feeling somewhat of an outsider he didn't intrude on their conversations, jokes, or other activities, this didn't help him with any introductions to newer people, however did help prevent introductions to anyones zanpakuto or kidos.
