Freedom was something new to the uuthili drada; something that she hadn't pondered in full until recently. It was something that, at the moment, she thought she was experiencing yet again as she wandered through the woods 'alone'. Spring seemed to be drifting just around the corner and she was only too happy to embrace that, expecting the light to chase all traces of darkness away so that she wouldn't have to worry about all things big and scary.

Harmony wasn't alone though, even if she herself was only to happy to let the drada keep that illusion. She'd been following her, once again, since she'd left the dragon's house that morning. It wasn't because she was worried, of course, but more because she simply had a feeling that she should be doing so; a reason for everything and all of that...

The forest was peaceful and Harmony seemed to distract easily enough that she could follow at her own leisure, paying attention to their surroundings just as much as she was the direction the young one was wandering in. This was the normal path that they took to the Center, yes, but there seemed to be something different about it today as if someone, or something, was guiding them elsewhere...

He had a feeling he should have been loping along after the younger one ahead of him but he really didn't feel like bothering. He'd gotten up and even dressed for once so why not go along with it since he was already there. He figured, since he'd gone home to check up on the demon, that he could go back to Aara's place and see what the other male was up to.

It would just take longer with dizzy tagging along. He swore that for all that the little winged thing was 'grown up' that he'd somehow missed the train somewhere along the way.

He was for the most part ignoring Kuro behind him as he enjoyed the lack of show covering the ground for once. The snow hurt his paws when he wanted to go outside and explore so he wanted to use this up while he could. Never knew if it was going to snow again before it got warm.

He tucked his wings against his body as he ducked around a tree and waited for Kuro to catch up. Even if the red one wasn't really his favorite one to spend time with it wasn't good to get on his nerves either.

She was blissfully oblivious of everything as she wandered along, something that would have to change as she aged if she wanted to make it past Drada or anywhere beyond early Llar. It was something that Maeve would be lecturing her about... But Maeve wasn't there at the moment.

She did pause when she heard something though, glancing around as she wondered if maybe she was being followed by Maeve. Maybe her elder sister was just waiting to pop out and spook her... Or maybe it was something else. "Hello?" She murmured softly, pressing herself closer to the ground as she glanced around.

She had heard something as well, her own ears more attuned to listening to the unspoken than the young Uuthili's. The air had shifted as well, bringing with it scents and a certain almost familiar feeling that she couldn't quite place. Rather than pause to figure it out she picked up her pace, bringing herself closer to Harmony while still remaining unseen. Maybe she'd be able to spot the source of the sound before her sister.

One ear perked as he heard a voice somewhere ahead of where Dizzy was wandering around like a kid. Great, if that's another brat.... He had never liked the little ones much anyway, or anyone else for that matter, and he'd hoped that he could avoid them. Figures that Dizzy would find one, or god forbid more than that.

He paused when he heard someone call out. He managed not to stumble over his own feet as he turned around in a circle looking around. He still hadn't grown into a habit of talking and wasn't in any hurry to answer the 'hello'. What if he was just hearing things? Kuro said he heard things all the time.

"Maybe it wasn't anything..." She murmured softly into the silence as she pushed herself back up onto all fours, tiny wings fluttering as they stretched out. She still couldn't quite shake the strange feeling but if no one had answered her... "Or maybe it was..." She glanced around after swallowing. "If you're out there... You aren't big and scary, are you?"

She resisted the urge to roll her eyes as she worked her way through the brush, finally able to place the familiar tingle. It was the same strange feeling she got when she made her way too close to one of the cabins situated deep in the forest; the one that she never quite worked up the courage to approach even though she knew one of the two scents close to it. She paused where she was, glad that she had a good view of Harmony... And hopefully anyone else who might approach her.

He sighed as he heard the silence from Dizzy. Figures that the dumb kid wasn't going to actually speak up. If it wasn't for the fact that he'd heard Dizzy speak he'd swear the kid was a mute.

"Bird brain, you might want to tell someone you're standing there before you get hurt." He rolled his eyes as he stopped a bit behind the Uthuli.

He huffed and sat down before tipping his head almost all the way back so he could look up at Kuro. It wasn't like he'd gone walking all quiet like. He'd made plenty of noise to prove that he was there.

Ruffling his wings he ducked down slightly to try to see whoever it was that was talking to him.

She had ducked down herself once more as she'd heard what sounded like a voice on top of movement. Her eyes opened slowly only for her to startle as they met another beady set that belonged to someone... Or something. Either way the eyes weren't hers. The squeak that sounded as she stumbled back was, on the other hand. "Please don't eat me!"

This time she did roll her eyes, stepping slowly out from the brush until she was standing over the drada, leaning down to give Harmony's tail a light tug. "If you were so frightened about being eaten you shouldn't have wandered out here, you know... And I'm sure that if whatever it is you're squeaking about wanted to eat you it would've done so by now... Isn't that right?" Her brow lofted as she glanced up.

"She'd probably taste disgusting anyway." His nose scrunched as he thought about eating another jivvin. If it was a youngster then she probably tasted like sinew and ick which wasn't high on his list of good dinners. His eyes went black for a moment as he blinked and looked over the two that he could now see. No sense in not taking advantage of the moment to figure out where the other two stood for the moment.

He grinned slightly and shook his head at the idea of eating either of the other two. He liked the fruit that Kuro brought him better than anything else and he'd stick with that.

She jumped again, this time scrambling away from Anoiktos, casting a glare in her sister's direction. "You said you weren't going to follow me and that I could do whatever I wanted on my own." She huffed as she flopped down on her backside, that glare continuing until she turned to gaze at the other two; both larger than she was even if one was only by a little bit. "You... You have wings. Like me."

A soft sigh parted her muzzle as she shook her head, glancing up at the male who'd spoken. "You'll have to forgive her... She's yet to grow into her paws and her mind hasn't quite caught up yet either..." She lingered on the brink of saying something else but found herself pausing, memory flashing back as she just barely managed to keep herself from shivering. "... I know you."

He blinked again and his eyes returned to their usual golden color. "You're the little one that use to follow me." He wasn't completely sure she'd ever stopped following him but he'd given up on paying attention eventually. He wasn't the most social of sorts in the first place and never found reason to pay attention to someone who wanted to be 'invisible'

He looked at the smaller of the two before stretching out a wing. He really didn't think they were all that odd, or uncommon, despite none of the others he knew having them. He didn't pay much attention to them because of that.

Just as she was about to make some sort of comment in Ani's general direction she found herself distracted instead by the stretch of wings. She inched closer to the elder Uuthili, stretching out her neck so that she could touch her nose to his feathers before sitting back to stretch out her own tiny wings. "Mine aren't that big..." There was a flash of disappointment in the color of the aura around her before it sparkled with curiosity again.

Her own aura was relatively neutral, more from practice in keeping to herself than anything else. There was a slight trace of affection concerning the small purple drada but, other than that, she simply was. "Anoiktos... Ani, they call me sometimes. The blue one. You know him as well?"

".... you should introduce yourself sooner if you're going to stalk people." Not that he really had room to talk. He wasn't one to introduce himself unless specifically asked. The yellow one must have been another Daewl. He didn't know any other rank that could keep themselves that calm. "The blue one would be Aara. I'd say i know him"

She wasn't as big as him either so he didn't know why she seemed to have disappointment in her voice. His had been that small when he was that size. She just needed to grow more and they'd be bigger. He settled his wings back against his side and made note that he'd have to preen himself later

Her brow furrowed slightly at the lack of response she was receiving from her object of interest. She tried not to huff just as much as she was trying not to pout, determined to somehow be just as calm as Ani always was as she stepped back, her questions ceasing for the moment.

"Aaralyn..." She smiled softly as she extended the Afya's name fully, nodding slowly. "Beryl and Maeve speak fondly of him." Her smile turned sheepish for a brief moment. "And I would hardly call observing the same thing as stalking. We all have our ways of learning. There were things that I wanted to know about you... But you disappeared before I could learn them. Is this where you've been?"

He looked over at Dizzy for a moment and the younger one. "He doesn't talk. don't take it personally". He glared at Dizzy again just for effect before he looked back at Anoiktos. "Someone's suppose to teach you that it's rude to do that."

The demon had tried to each him and he'd just ignored her. It was easier to look inconspicuous when you wanted to learn something. "It's quieter out here. Less people staring at me"

He fluffed his wings indignantly at Kuro scolding him. He got along perfectly fine not talking. It wasn't his fault that everyone else wanted to rely so much on words instead of expressions and body language.

"Someone can try to teach anyone anything... But it's up to the student to decide what it is that they're going to learn. We each learn things by our own pace in our own ways; that's something I've come to realize." She nodded slowly, amazed for a moment that she'd once again found herself being so verbose. "I can apologize if you'd like, although I can't guarantee I'd actually mean it."

"It's okay." She murmured as she glanced down. "Most of the Llar don't like talking to me anyways. I just get in the way and then they have to watch me and make sure I stay out of trouble." She almost sighed as she turned to head back the way she'd come, wings drooping slightly.
