It was different, being out on the town on his own. Even though it had only been a few days, he was already used to having Oyumi by his side. It was different, knowing he could always count on a human to have his back... His father had always warned him to avoid humans; that they were dangerous creatures that could easily destroy your entire life...
Fuutarou supposed that perhaps his father had just met the wrong humans... Or was trying to protect him a bit too hard.

Sitting atop a roof on a building that suspended high into the sky, Catherine kicked her legs up as she watched the people on the ground. No one had seemed to have seen her as she sat upon the building, as everyone seemed to have another thought on their mind. Medley had allowed Catherine freedom that day. But she had to be careful. If she were to have sensed any Rockets, she would have to return home immediately. Those were the instructions given to her from her guardian. But for now, she wanted to watch the humans.
Her pink gaze had followed quite a few humans as she gazed from her perch. There were a group of humans talking about going to a place called a "park". There was one human who talked quite loud on a communication device. Two other humans were performing but had left a while ago. Another couple of humans were quite attached to each other and were holding hands. This had caught the female's Mewtwo interest as she had seen other humans do it also.
Turning her head towards her own hands, Catherine wondered how such a gesture worked. Was it common? They didn't seem to be bothered by it. Heck, they seemed to have enjoyed it. Sighing deeply, the Mewtwo upped her bottom lip. "Humans are so confusing..." she thought aloud to no one in particular.
