The Leviathan Body:

These dragons are best suited to the depths of the water, the gills allow for breathing underwater like a fish. Hence the nickname 'The Flying Fish' of dragons. The fins on their heads act as a way to turn while swimming underwater, likewise their fins on the lower body also acts as a rudder to steer the Leviathan. Two of this dragons most note worthy features are its tail and wings, the tail acts as a mermaid flipper to move the Leviathan at great speeds allowing it to launch out of the sea waters. ((Fins are normally colored but retain some transparency in light.))

Its strange wings connected to its body like a parachute letting the Leviathan glide along the wind till wrapping its wings around its body to dive back into the water. (Some Leviathans have been known to get up to atleast 200 feet before going back down) Also Leviathans have two claws on each wing, using these claws these dragons will climb rocks sticking out on the sea or for movement when laying on beaches. As well as other tasks such as holding fish when eating or pulling off seaweed.

((Just for a side note I have no photoshop or any kind of program like that... the whole fricken thing was done in Gel pens. gonk .... I know better now. xd ))

Dragon type: Leviathan

Clan: Naiads

Gender: Female

History of the Leviathan Dragons:

During the War when normal dragons fought and the two sides of Spirit and Drake were formed another clan also formed. The Naiads clan were water dragons who lived in peace with their Guardians along the coasts of the place normal dragons call home. Those of the Naiads are complete pacifist and will never bring harm to another dragon or human even if it means their own end.

Most Leviathan dragons were killed during the War when they refused to state which side they supported. Even though there are very few Leviathans left in the world, slowly they've started to repopulate, but the chance of having a Leviathan dragon as your partner is still very rare.
