She had found it amusing that she would be seeing Tykier this day but sadly her daughter was too busy to come and see her friend learn a skill under her mother's tutelage but the girl had told her guardian to at least let the boy know that she had said hi.
Quietly Riulve paced in her classroom seeming pensive as how she would go about the lesson she was planning to teach the lad coming to her classroom. She hadn't seen him since the hay ride and must have grown quite a bit since then.

Tykier walked alone to Riulve's classroom. He knocked on the door, and came in, "Hi, Ms. Riulve!" He walked up to her, "So what am I learning today..?"

Riulve looked up as he entered. She gave a small blink as she looked him over. He has grown! She moved toward him and nodded a bit, "Going to do this a little different than normal, it seemed to work well the last time I did this. First tell me what you know and then I shall make a plan from there." Flying by the seat of her pants was always fun...

"Well... I know how to fly... And I was born able to ignore pain for up to 5 minutes," Tykier explained.

"Excellent. I think I know what you will learn today. You shall harness the ability to sprint today. Does that seem fun? We shall play a game to achieve this." Riulve awaited the boy's reaction to her suggestion quietly as her arms crossed over her chest.

This would be a lesson best taught outside amongst open areas, "Come with me then, we'll do this outside otherwise we might break something in here." Riulve chuckled as she moved toward the door and opened it, waiting for Tykier to move through it first.

Tykier was very excited, "'Kay!" He ran out the door with her. "So how're ya gunna to teach me how ta sprint correctly..??!" He was so excited he was slurring his words!

The tall woman laughed as she moved out to the open and nodded a bit, "You will see, calm down." She said happily as she began to slowly change forms before Tykier's eye. Suddenly in place of Riulve was a large wolf, "I will take this form," the wolf said in a calm tone, "And together we shall have a series of short races until you manage to beat me, understand?"

Tykier wasn't surprised at all, his Mom knew how to shape-shift into a wolf, too. "Okay..." He took a couple breaths, and then said, "Yes, ma'am..!"
(btw, Ty has one eye, lol)

With a sudden command of "GO!" the wolf sprinted ahead ad a furious pace not giving Tykier much time to get ready other than his initial intake of breath. The wolf was an experienced runner and also had the advantage of extra legs unlike the boy who had two.
It didn't take long until the wolf reached her destination.
(I reckon. It is a common mistake/typo as any when you type without thinking about it trying to get responses out.)

Tykier ran hastfully, and reached the destination, and ran back towards the starting point, only a couple of minutes behind Riulve.
He was breathing heavily when he finished the run, but he was smiling.

She sat and panted lightly as she waited for the boy back at where they began before she settled back into a ready stands, "Again! Go!"
This time she would be beaten.

Tykier suddenly ran out toward the destination... On his toes..?!? This apparently made him faster for some reason.
He ran past Riulve, rounded the destination, and ran back.

Riulve trotted back after having seen that this time she would be beaten by the one-eyed boy. When she arrived at the start-and-finish line she gradually reverted back to human form and she idly dusted off her clothes. "Very good, you have passed and gained a new skill." The tall woman said with a smile, "How does it feel?"
