anniebutt HoratioAnnie had met a rather annoying Jivvin whom had attached himself to her earlier in the day. The purple beast, still spotted in mud, jumped around and chattered. She wondered, for a minute, why in the world such a fluffbrain had been born with wings. God only knew that once he got big enough, he'd fly straight into a wall. At least it wouldn't do his brain any harm. Horatio, on the other hand, was happy as a lark. Yaaay, new friend!

Kashultz MeiBaran Lakadi
It was a strange trio that ran across the...well. Strange duo. Kas was glaring at nothing in particular, head held low as he walked beside his peppy, giggling sister. Meimei plodded along beside Lakadi silently, watching the world pass calmly and silently. Needless to say, he was a little miffed when he heard the bizarre chattering.
Lakadi, however, seemed elated.
"Hullo!" she chirped.

HOORAY. NEW FRIENDS. Horatio scuttled towards the voice. "HELLO!" Who didn't love a happy Jivvin covered in mud?"
Annie followed, simply because she had a strange fascination with seeing the purple jivvin do stupid things. She had a feeling that this would be a stupid thing.

Kas grimaced in disgust and leaped to the side, wanting to avoid the new Jivvin under any means necessary. He didn't want to get dirty, and he didn't want to be near Lakadi if she was going to be. Meimei, however, just smiled and moved away a half-step, allowing his sister to fling herself at the new Jivvin...which she did.
"I'm Lakadi!"

Lakadi laughed. She was terminally happy, yes, and hyper like a 4-year-old on Pixie Stix, but she had a little more sense than Horatio.
"Of course!" she said, shaking her head, "and you are a monkey." She tapped Horatio on the head. Kas wandered up, curious. Hrm...this little Jivvin looked familiar...
Meimei, however, decided to get away from all of this craziness and head toward the blue and brown female a while away. He said nothing, but he did smile.

Horatio's eyes rolled up at the tap, trying to see her paw. Missed it! "I'm not a monkey. Kitty-bunny-puppy!"
. . . And then he spotted Kas. Horatio was big on smells. And this guy smelled the same! Even if they'd been little last time, he remembered!
"OMGYAY FRIEND!" TACKLE LICK. Did you want some spit with that Kas? Too bad! You got it.
Annie laughed and shook her head. Oh wow. Yeah. He was going to get mauled. She turned her head towards the upcoming Jivvin and nodded. "G'day."

Kas shrieked and flailed, trying to kick Horatio off. God damn it all!
"GET OFF, YOU IDIOT, GET OFF!"
Lakadi laughed raciously and did nothing to help. She sometimes enjoyed watching her stuffy older brother be messed-with. Meimei just glanced over and shook his head, chuckling slightly.
"Hello." His voice was soft. Slow. Melodious.

"HELLO BEST FRIEND!" OMG YAY YOU WERE BACK! Horatio had missed you, though he couldn't quite remember your name! You were with tail tail man. YAAAY LOVES.
Annie shook her head again, and let the boys deal with whatever would happen. she was sure the little purple fluffball wouldn't get killed so easy. He'd survived this long, after all. "Life always so interesting around you?"

"GET OFF, GET OFF!" Kas shrieked. He writhed and was near an angry breakdown when Lakadi intervened. Sometimes enough was enough.
"Horatio, come on. We can go play a game! Like...err...tag!" She'd get muddy, but it was a small price to pay to watch her brother suffer.
"Interesting? Ah...well, it is always like this, yes," Meimei said, giving a little sigh-chuckle, "Sometimes I wonder if I am the only one sane."

Oh yay, games! Horatio hopped off of Kas and pranced around, tail flipping. Yaaaaay!

"Mmhm." Annie nodded. "Luckily, I just found that thing, so I don't hafta put up with him alla th'time. All three of them your relations?"

Kas wandered over to sit under a tree and skulk. Oh, God, he was dirty and unhappy. Rrrrr.
"Ah...yes. More or less. We have the same bond, although we could not be more different," Meimei commented.

Lakadi gladly scampered after him. A game of tag never hurt! Kas growled each time they passed.
"Ah...yes, no. She is not," Meimie nodded, squinting against to sun to watch the romping.

And romping it was. Horatio ran around and squealed and laughed, running back towards Kas.
"Best friend, come on and play! You look lonely!" Yaaay, sparkles!
Annie rested on her haunches and sighed. "'M Annie, by the way."
