Okay pretty simple look at the list of floors given later in this post and say wich one you'd most likely find the avi above you on.
Floor list (Taken from the HP Lexicon, its not mine):
Ground Floor: Artifact Accidents
(Cauldron explosion, wand-backfiring, broom crashes, etc.)
First Floor: Creature-Induced Injuries
(Bites, stings, burns, embedded spiders, etc.)
Second Floor: Magical Bugs
(Contagious maladies, e.g., dragon pox, vanishing sickness, scrofungulus)
Third Floor: Potion and Plant Poisoning
(Rashes, regurgitation, uncontrollable giggling, etc.)
Fourth Floor: Spell Damage
(Unliftable jinxes, hexes, and incorrectly applied charms, etc.)
Fifth Floor: Visitor's Tearoom and Hospital Shop
Example 1: The second floor because he/she looks like they have a bad case of dragon pox
Example 2: Artifact accidents because Snape rigged their cauldron to explode
okay I hope you get the idea.

Awesome idea!
Third floor, because the flower on your head began to wilt and a petal fell into your tea, and ended up being a cousin of deadly nightshade.
