Sp-Ring Raffle!Alright! Once again, we are to have a raffle for the clan. This time around, we're going to be giving out a ring of zOMG! to the winner (Which, if you win, you get to pick from our list!)
Don't fret, however, if you don't win the grand prize! We have two runner-up prizes: a White Drome Egg and a Black Drome Egg. On top of that, everyone that has bought a ticket but didn't win the grand or runner-up prizes will receive a random Easter Item like a Chicky!
Okay, so let's get this underway. The last raffle, we had so many tickets that it was kind of crazy to keep up with all the orders. This time, we're going to lower the tickets available, but in doing so, the prices of tickets will be more.
We've got 500 tickets for 300 gold each. Another change to the raffle is that you will be limited to the amount of ticket you can buy. Once the raffle starts, each person can only buy up to 15 tickets. If we still have tickets when only one week is left until the raffle is drawn, it's anyone's game to buy the remaining tickets
You can, if you'd like, buy tickets for other people. In doing so, they do not get added to your total. If you do buy tickets for another person, be sure to say who the tickets go to in a PM or in the trade.
This time around, you'll be randomly given a ticket number. To purchase a ticket, start a trade with the clan mule, Guardian of Myhrr, and label the trade "SpRing Raffle" Once the trade is accepted, you'll be given your ticket number. The Grand PrizeAlright, as I mentioned above, the grand prize winner gets to pick a ring of their choice from the rings available on the clan mule. The rings that we have are:

The rings listed are between CL 1 and CL 4. If the winner chooses (And if we have a few volunteers) we can raise the CL to a level they'd like. Runner-Up Prizes After we pick the grand prize ticket, we pick two more tickets to give the runner up prizes. One person will get a White Drome Egg, the other will get a Black Drome Egg! Exciting, huh?The contest will also begin March 15th and will end just before Easter, April 10th. The tickets will be drawn on April 11th. Once all the tickets are drawn for the prizes, they will be gifted to everyone (If gift giving works around that time) or traded to you from the clan mule. Good luck to everyone who buys a ticket!
Edit: The remainder of the tickets have all been purchased! We are simply working out the distribution!

Okay, for those of you who have been wondering, we shall be holding another raffle. This time around, it's going to be for the month of March. However, they are going to be a few things different this time around. For now, we'll work on the main issue: the prize.
Elf and I have been chit-chatting and we think it'd be fun to have a zOMG! ring for a prize. [One that isn't soulbound, of course] However, we're not all that sure which one we think would do.
What I'd like for you to comment about (I might post a poll later) on this idea: Should we let the winner pick which ring they'd like as a prize (For a set we'll list) or should we determine the ring before the raffle is started (This would be done by a poll that would be held until the raffle is over.)
One of the differences for the raffle this time around is that we are going to have fewer tickets. With fewer tickets, however, means increased prices. The tickets price is still to be determined, but it will be posted once we get a few ideas about which direction to go with the prize.
Your ideas and opinions matter, so please tell us what you think! :3
Okay, well, the things is now that we've got the ticket prices and the amount of tickets settled, but a sudden idea has came up with the prizes.
We've got a few options to choose from: We could have the ring raffle as planned OR we could have an early Easter-themed raffle. The items for the Easter raffle would be a Fortune Egg (again) as the main prize, plus a couple of runner up prizes (White Drome Egg and a Blank Drome Egg) as well as consolation prizes of random chickie items OR we could still offer the ring as the main prize and have the runner-up and consolation prixes be the Dromes and chickies.
Again, we'd like to get your opinions as to what you'd think would be good prizes, so comment please! :3

I think you should let the winner pick the ring they want so people won't get dissapointed if they didn't want that ring. ;]
But if the pricing is the problem, then maybe have a list of rings that person gives to you guys, and pick one ring then buy it <333

I also say let the winner pick. Try to find rings that are about the same in price for the group that you offer though, that way you have an easier time setting the price.

If we leave it as choice of a ring, then instead of buying one, we'll just offer those as choices. I was figuring that the Mantis, Dervish, would be the most popular, but Scaredy Cat, Diagnose, Bandage, Ghost and Meat are also all nice rings!

I agree, the winner should be able to pick the prize as you might give them one they already have.

If you like for the prize we could trade the ring to you to level up before sending it on to the winner. And I think we should let the winner pick one of the rings from that list as the main prize and we can set 1-5 smaller prizes. However many tickets we sell the total gold if all tickets are sold should add up to something between 100,000 and 200,000 GG. Maybe offer 200 tickets for 1000 GG each? We could give out one of those boxes we discussed before as a second place prize.
