So Al Sharpton wants corporations to hire an equal amount of african americans as caucasions. Wait a minute, that would be racial profiling seeing as how african americans do not have an equal amount of numbers among the populace.
If Al Sharpton had his way corporations would have to pass over some caucasions simply because they are white. How would that not be racial profiling?
