Has anyone else heard the rumours about Kenseth possibly becoming a part of DEI next year?! I know Mikey's out, and Truex is in for sure, but wow wouldn't that be an awesome team, Dale and Matt?! I'm pretty sure my sister (even bigger fan than me!) said she read somewhere that Matt was considering going to DEI, and I haven't heard anything since, so I was wondering if anyone else has heard anything.

I'll be looking up Jayski momentarily, but I heard that rumor on Raceline Radio Canada. I'm a fan of Kenseth's, it'll be great seeing his #17 welcome into the DEI stable, if that is indeed what is happening.
Edit: Turns out that was the rumor, but Kenseth is still on contract til the end of '06. After that, there's rumor he may in fact be wanted at DEI, or he'll sign with Roush again.

Heck yeah it would be awesome if Kenseth joined DEI!! I would die of happiness if it happened. With his driving talent and DEI motor power, he can win another cup of two. maybe even a Daytona 500

Well, to just chuck onto stuff with this rumor, they said the Busch/McMurray thing would never fall out, and guess what? It did. Kenseth could very well be next.
