Curious, I don't know if Tok and I are the only ones who have picked up Kenneth Oppel's book Airborn, But either way I'm opening it up to the guild.

Nay, I must confess I went for the (perhaps lazier) imaginings of the cloud cat as merely being a more streamlined cat with wings for arms. With a bone structure similar to that of a pterodactyl or bat (although obviously more cat like).

They have to have feet, seeing as she was attacking them all with her claws~ ^^ I have to agree with the Captain, I thought of them as giant winged kitties

They do have rear legs (and feet) - they're just very stumpy - which the usually use for steering.
