Chourou came to her fellow Knight's home and knocked lightly on the door, announcing her presence with a modest projection. She had not yet had the luck to catch Setsushi at home, but the Knight of Bukoku had learned that she would find someone here, at least. Perhaps the High Priest would be about, or another of her fellow Dragon Knights... or maybe another child, as there seemed to be a troubling number of them who had found their way to Gaia.
After waiting a few moments and receiving no response, the Knight opened it slowly and let herself inside, again projecting a cautious greeting along with a spoken, "Hello?"

It had been far too long since Unsou had really gone on a good walk. Even in this strange world, she felt suffocated by the lack of purpose. Sparring and practicing in Yaruka's home only could satisfy her so much until she began to go stir-crazy. Granted, it was easier to learn more about those she was housed with (having taken the time to nose around select characers' rooms while they were out), but still....she had begun to wonder about the other Dragon Knights.
How were they now? Had Setsushi become more of a pile of mush since their arrival? Had Chouru's family found residence? And what about the Heavenly Bow and her children?
Today, she walked rather somberly down the street towards Setsushi's Gaian home. Truth be told, she mised the company of her fellows....but would never really admit it. The quiet of her room in the house gave her time to think about home.....and it wasn't exactly pleasant. She tried to fight it off, but the mists of depression were creeping back into her heart. Perhaps a visit with Setsushi would amuse her somehow. Looking up, she was genuinely surprised and grateful to see Dame Chourou as she entered the small house. The corners of her mouth twitched up just a bit and her pace quickened just a bit until she was at the doorway just behind the dark-skinned Knight.
"I doubt that he is around, else we might have heard a response." Her voice came in a lower tone and somewhat softer than normal....but only just a bit.

Well, he wasn't around before, but he will be soon!
Trotting down the street -- an impressive clip for one with legs so long -- is the often-absent Maiden of Ice himself, just arriving home from his shift at the Café and dressed in his waiter's uniform.
He pauses just inside the gate, bowing to his fellow Knights; "Dame Chourou. Dame Unsou." Though the accompanying projection of greeting is friendly, his deference is also pronounced; Setsushi cannot consider himself quite an equal to these ladies.
"Do you need anything?" he asks, with a tone of curiosity, but without prying. Did they require his help? Or perhaps they were just looking for someone with which to enjoy a pot of tea?

Tenkyuu the Heavenly Bow, a member of the old guard of Dragon Knights and a staunch opponent of injustice, has lived her life as a graceful figure of society. Whether in the battlefield or the court, she has displayed an elegance and refinement that few have naturally, the essence of a noble.
And that all was cast away when, today, for the first time in her life, she asked someone if they "wanted fries with that."
Tenkyuu, tired, her hair ruffled, and her hands bearing minor grease burns, trudges towards Setsushi's home. It is the first step in finding a good job, and it will do for now. Still, the fact that a teenager was yelling at her about the "nuggets being done"...
Tenkyuu bristles, moving through the other Dragon Knights with no sign that she is even aware of their presences as a rain cloud seems to hang over her head.

Tenryuu feels slightly less demeaned than Tenkyuu, as she too heads for the udon-ya. She is thankful that she managed to find a job that does not require her dealing with greasy food and greasier coworkers. However, being pulled every which way by rambunctious children is not what she had in mind when she applied for this "assistant coach" position. Children in Gaia are far more rowdy than those of the Golden World- or so she tells herself. Although she still has energy to spare, she walks slowly, nursing a twisted ankle. Even the active Tenryuu was unprepared for all the jumping Gaian sports require.
Still, it is safe to say that Tenryuu's mood is better than that of her mother's. As if proving this, she notices the other Dragon Knights, and offers her respectful greetings. While she expected to see Tenkyuu and perhaps Setsushi, the others are a surprise- but a welcome one, she insists.

Kauanoe kicked a small stone along the street. She had be told to go find someone at Setsushi's again. Mizuki really didn't know how to take care of her did she? Sure, she was feeling lonely, and yes she did want to talk instead of work...but did Mizuki have to be that blunt with her? This time Kauanoe kicked the stone a little harder, loosing it in the crowd. She spent a few minutes looking for where it might of gone before moving on grumpily. Stupid place...too many people.
The Udon-ya wasn't that far from Mizuki's place of work this time, so it wasn't long before Kauanoe started seeing the familar features of her own people. What did seem a little strange though, was they all seemed to heading in the same direction, some had already disappeared just ahead of her into the Udon-ya. At that point the young porcelain saw Setsushi appear, a little hope lit up inside, maybe it wasn't such a bad idea coming along. Kauanoe increased her pace ever so slightly, lifting the layers of her outfit out of the way of her feet so not to trip.

The Knight of Bukoku steps aside after opening the door to allow her elder Knight inside, and projects a greeting touched with faint concern for Tenkyuu - Dame will be alright, yes?
She also stands aside for Setsushi, since, well, it is his home. The last time Chourou came here, she had met the little bird who also lived here, and had not wanted to startle him with her arrival by just entering the house without properly announcing herself. But it seems Setsushi is here anyway, and good fortune has brought the others as well - the woman smiles, pleased to see all of them.
Tea would be welcome, but Chourou can wait until Setsushi is at least through the doorway and settled, since it seems he is just returning from work. The Knight has found a home for herself and her family, as well. In fact, she is mainly here to leave her new address (since she realized she had forgotten to do so the day she came and discovered Kouyo instead); all the better that she can give it to everyone at once.
... Ah, which means Chourou will also require a pen and something to write on, as she has only brought one address card with her sweatdrop
Chourou urges everyone inside ahead of her, taking note of Kauanoe hurrying to meet them as well. The Knight projects a special greeting to her young countrywoman, adding that she is welcome to visit her family's apartment as well, now that they have one. But for now, into Setsushi's house! It's cold outside!

The Flying Spear was actually taken offguard for once when Setsushi suddenly appeared, dressed in his work attire which looked.......well, womanly in Gaia restrospect. Then again, it probably suited his personality. She had studied enough to learn that women here acted more like Porcelain men, save for a few differences.
She might have made a snide comment when Tenkyuu herself came through. She turned to greet her, showing and projecting respect when she saw her ruffled and downcast attitude. She took note of her attire and the burns on her hands, immediately casting off her momentary lapse into actual sentimentalism and looking as though she were getting herself psyched up to kill. Even seeing Tenryuu with her twisted ankle promoted her rising anger.
What sort of injustice is this?! She might not have meant for that to be an actual projection, but it came with indignance and disgust in it. Unsou caught herself though and shut her eyes for a moment, breathing in deeply and imagining that with her exhale her negativity would also leave her. This was supposed to be a day where she attempted to be more sociable.
Tea......yes, focus on tea. Perhaps Unsou will help make the tea? If Setsushi does not mind. She offered up as she made a genuine attempt to interact. She allowed the other Knights to enter, even going so far as to hold open the door sot hat Chourou would step inside. She was a mother and could not afford to be ill for her children's sake.

Setsushi's projections, too, join the chorus of concern for Tenkyuu. Unable to restrain his feelings of filial overprotectiveness, he quickly follows her inside -- taking a moment to agree with Chourou that it is much too chilly for everyone to stand around in the yard -- and ushers her towards the bathroom, where they can inspect her hands and treat them if necessary. Does Tenkyuu need analgesics?
Setsushi wouldn't normally drop formality so quickly in front of Unsou and Chourou, and indeed, after a moment, he begins to feel a little embarrassed about the revealing of his tender concern. Poking his head out of the bathroom, he sheepishly asks if Tenryuu also requires medicine for her pain.
He also indicates to Unsou the location of his ever-expanding collection of teas; although it is ill of a host to ask his guest to prepare tea herself, he hopes he can make it up to Unsou by allowing her any choice of leaf she likes.
Ducking back into the bathroom, he begins mentally muttering and grumbling at Tenkyuu in private; why didn't she even tell Setsushi that she had already found a job?? And why did she have to pick something unpleasant and dangerous -- doesn't she know that Setsushi worries about her!? With a sigh of frustration, he reaches for her hand to inspect the seriousness of the burns.

Tenkyuu smiles faintly at Chourou as even the tie in her hair seems to droop. Yes, yes, Tenkyuu has dealt with worse in her life, and thanks Chourou for her concern. The elder Dragon Knight turns her eyes back to her daughter and smiles faintly.
Once Tenkyuu attended to her cleanliness, she will attend to Tenryuu's ankle. No child's injury can escape a mother's eye, after all. Tenkyuu raises a finger and waves it to-and-fro at her daughter.
As she shuffles past Unsou, the elder notes the woman's attitude and allows her brows to rise faintly. Tenkyuu pauses in her path to the bathroom (despite Setsushi shoving her part of the way) and bows her head faintly to Unsou. Tenkyuu must admit that she likes the concern that the Flying Spear has displayed--she hopes she will be party to it again someday.
And then the exhausted Tenkyuu makes it to the bathroom. Once out of view of the others, she instantly slumps to sit on the toilet as she hunches over, her hair moving to hide her face. Tenkyuu, out of sight of polite company, merely grunts at Setsushi in response to his first question. When he takes her hands after asking another question, her eyes lift to meet his own and she smiles faintly.
Privately, the Dragon Knight admits that it was not so many years ago that Tenkyuu was inspecting Setsushi for wounds; it is interesting how time will reverse all things. Upon closer inspection, Setsushi would find the burns to be mild at the very worst.
Tenkyuu raises an eyebrow, inspecting her adopted son. Now that Setsushi is sure that Tenkyuu is not at death's door, would he kindly take care of his guests? Tenkyuu can take care of herself just fine.

Although surprised, Tenryuu is mildly pleased by Unsou's outburst. At least in her own case, however, she feels it is not entirely warranted. Though the games children here engage require different skills than what she is used to, she is sure that she will get the hang of it soon. If anything, she looks at it as a challenge, and a welcome one.
While Tenryuu would like to help see to her mother's injuries, she is satisfied that Setsushi will handle it, and takes a seat at one of the small tables. After counting the chairs, she decides that putting her leg up on one would not be feasible, and instead simply stretches it out in front of her. It is not badly hurt, and she is confident that it will mend itself soon- with or without Tenkyuu's attention, since she should be worrying about herself. Tenryuu certainly worries about Tenkyuu...
And though Tenryuu is interested in hearing about Chourou and her family's apartment, and would like to help Unsou with the tea (even if the kitchen is a bit small for that), her focus falls on Kauanoe. Smiling, she projects a warm greeting, worried that more might overwhelm the girl.

Although Kauanoe was sure her enterance was noticed, she was more than a little shocked of what was going on. All the concern and worries floating about in the room, and she had no idea what was going on, arriving so much later than the others. She tried to shake off the feeling and smiled pleasantly trying her best to make the atmosphere slightly more positive. Was there anything Kauanoe could do here?
Receiving no immediate response, she looked around the crowded room trying to take in the details of the multiple subjects. The young porcelain only managed to find out that some people were hurt and someone had moved...there were too many emotions to work out who was who. She wishes that someone would explain.
At last Kauanoe was washed over with the feeling of welcome...strangly this time it came from Tenryuu than Setsushi this time, but she was more than pleased with that. Does Tenryuu know whats going on?

Chourou glances into the bathroom briefly after Tenkyuu and Setsushi for a moment, but decides to allow the younger Knight to take care of their elder. She instead opts to follow Unsou over to examine the teas, making sure to thank her for holding the door. Are there any with fruit flavors?
She then moves off more towards the kitchen counter than the pantry, to give Unsou space and to try to hunt down a pen or something.... Her new apartment is a bit of a walk away, but not too far, and the route is not unpleasant, though the Gaian vehicles worry her sometimes at street crossings. The whole building is apparently designated for Gaian students, classmates of their human benefactor Akram, resulting in a place that can apparently has the potential to be quite noisy on Friday and Saturday nights.
... Which leaves the other five days of the week, if any of the others would care to visit? The Lady of Bukoku extends her invitation to the young girl, as well. The place came with enough battered furniture already that Chourou would not feel too embarrassed having guests, and she could always at least attempt to prepare a meal if given enough advance notice. And all of them would do best to hold together perhaps moreso than usual in this strange world, yes? Since... everything is a rather turned upside-down for everyone somehow or another, Chourou suspects with a small sigh.

Unsou had already moved into the kitchen, but sensed the arrival of the young one. She sent out her own greeting to her, perhaps a bit flat and tense, but it was honest and sincere. She set the kettle on the stove to boil, sending out a public projection. Does everyone know what tea they would like?
She was trying to be sociable....it was just very hard. She felt tense and angry, and just a bit depressed. All these emotions writhing deep under made her somewhat sick. When Chourou wondered if there were fruit flavors, she looked to her.
"I'm certain Setsushi has a few selections." Her voice wavered just a bit and she seemed to almost be shaking. She pulled out the boxes of teas from the cabinet, setting them before her fellow Knight so she may choose her own. She expresses a slight interest to see her new residence, hoping that her family is doing well.

Assured that Tenkyuu isn't really wounded, Setsushi sighs, taking out a bottle of the Gaian analgesic medicine and explaining the method of taking it to Tenkyuu, then giving her a soft prod in the shoulder and one last burst of gentle reproaches before emerging back out in to the main room.
... Right. sweatdrop Setsushi darts behind the partititon, then returns a moment later with a notebook and a pen. "Dame Chourou," he says deferentially, presenting her with the items as a secretary would his superior.
"I am glad you have found accomodations quickly," he says, noting ruefully that he wishes he had been able to house everyone, but... he glances quickly around the tiny house, the architecture speaking for itself.
Setsushi would also be deeply honored to be able to visit Dame Chourou's family, but he must be sure that he is not imposing...
"... Would anyone like some fruit or sweets with her tea?" he asks. His eyes fall on little Kauanoe, and he extends the offer especially to her, with a feeling of warmth he doesn't feel so free to communicate to the other Knights.
