Inspired by my last thread of Things a hero never does" I decided to make this one. I'm going to start it off, but I have a long list in my head already.
If life were a game you could judge your base worth by how much damage tolerance you have.
Example: You and your two buddies are in a fight against someone with a gun. You and one friend get shot. Both wounds are equally fatal. Your healthy friend uses some curative or resurrection potion or item on you both. The item works on your friend but fails on you because 'you aren't important to the plot".

If life were a video game, you could make money faster and with more ease because you'd be able to slay beasts and bad guys and make profit off of it.

If life were a video game you could make a living off of doing simple tasks for people and necessity items wouldn't be so screwed!
Also the economy wouldn't go bad because all items would have a balanced price.
ALSO! Fighting wouldn't be frowned upon because it would be necessary to live.

Heh Light, you gave me a thought... theft would also balance your worth. If you were destined for greatness you could take money from stranger's drawers. Items from their chests, crates, and barrels. Food from their tables and pots. But if you weren't anyone special you'd be in jail or killed by the homeowner.

Yes that is true! Be like in all video games! *you opened a drawer and found 5 gold pieces the owner walks up to you with a shotgun and blows your brains out! Game Over! biggrin *

Game Over! biggrin * Ever seen that final fantasy 4 spoof on newgrounds? The main character walks into Cid's wife's house and grabs a potion off the shelf. she yells at him and he is like "I'm the chosen warrior! I need this to save the planet!" and she responds with a "I don't give a F who the F you are! My husband gave me that now put it back, thief!" a struggle breaks out, it drops and breaks... she kills him. Scene cuts to the world exploding and then a GAME OVER screen.

If life were a video game hacking would be a far more serious problem. Someone could steal everything from you or give themselves infinite HP and take over the world.

I want to know how it would be possible to hack life and where the server would be. Or if the server host would make the files tangible or stored in a virtual space unknown to all but him. Also who would the host be?

if life were a video game i would whoop people's without they even now! i would also be able t walk on fire!!!! and learn abilities!(if i had my own character he would be able to walk on fire, burn people, etc...)

thepinguins i would also travel in 5 sec Unless you're in any final fantasy game. Don't you hate it when you have to walk, battle, walk more, battle more, battle battle, walk?

I would have lit people on fire already .___. Because it looks fun to do in video games - especially a nice fire spell to the face. That seems fun. >.>

Water - the most powerful of all elements. Can bring life or death! Get hit by tiny shards of water moving at high speeds. See what happens. First your body gets bruised, then your bones splinter, the whole time your skin is being torn asunder. It isn't pretty. So yeah, I'd use water whenever I could.
