This is the spot where you tell us what your Zanpakuto name is and what the abilities you have.
CAPTAINS CHOICE
There is going to be a limiter on your Bankai.
-if you have an elemental ability you can only have one, two if one is a weaker attack.
-can't have something that gives you "god" status (unstoppable)
ALL OTHER MEMBERS
-NO bankai unless approved by a captain.
-NO god status zanpaku-to.
-if you have an elemental ability you can only have one.

my Zanpakuto is yoshimitzu heals my body whenever i strike an enemy.
the wounds heal depending on the damage i inflict.
my Bankai is yoshi-mazagetsu will heal all in a wide area in the same way i would heal myself using my Zanpakuto and i can store the healing energy if i have no wounds to be released at will

Normal Abilities: Lets me summon plants to do my bidding.
Bankai: Gives me control over any plant I've bonded with. Even create things that have never existed. (Mostly for reasearch)

RBWT My zanpaktu's name is Shinrakenura.
Normal Abilities: Lets me summon plants to do my bidding.
Bankai: Gives me control over any plant I've bonded with. Even create things that have never existed. (Mostly for reasearch) create new plants eh? it seems unstabel but that might help us squad four members if you encounter a healing herb

Well, it took a while to master what can and can't be done. Anything I create will be tested thoroughly (and humanely) before being used in combat or as a medicinal herb.
Don't worry, though some may be unstable, the one's that will be known to the public will be completely safe to use.

I think that that's too much of a god power...Ok, from now on, to prove that our zanpaku-to abilities are not god powers, we also include how to defend yourself from it.
Example
Dreamgirl1324
Shikai(kuro hoshi): rearrange shadows to fool the enemy(can be prevented/blocked, etc. by touching kuro hoshi, the sword), conceal wielder in shadows(depending on time of day[if there are not that many shadows, the wielder will be visible])
Bankai(taishita kuro hoshi)or(taishita kuro hoshi hane neko):can make dark stars from above rain down on the enemy(can be blocked by either defending yourself with your sword or cutting the stars in half to leave an opening), takes form of two daggers, calls forth the spirit of a flying cat to fight

Zanpakuto: hanone bure-do (Fang Blade): Summons 12 demon wolves to attack the enemy.
Defense: wolves can be killed (By fatal body hits to chest and head) and cannot be re-summoned
Bankai: tora tsume bakuha (Tiger Claw Blast): Releases multiple blades that home in on the attacker.
Defense: Can be dodged and can only be used three times per release.

zanpakuto: andoutorawanairaion (undead lion) , my zanpakutos ability makes shadows that can make anything look excatly the same, but in the eyes of anyone other then me it looks like the real thing
release saying:hunt them down
shikai: my zanpakuto turns into a metal staff with a skull ornament on the top of it, and i can make skeleton minions come out of the ground (the biggest amount: 13
bankai: i can control all the shadows around and make it do anything i want, like i can make something and make it come to life (but making things come to life is limited).Also i can put a black barrier around me thats ALMOST indestructable. (Also in my bankai form i can make as many minions i want)
