splitpersonalityumo11:23 AMKoi was so proud of her children. They were growing larger and larger each day, though she did miss the ones that had left. She found her days were a bit easier without the duties of being a mother and she could get back to her usual business-along with her lovely visits with Liza. She was so fond of him-he filled a space in her heart that so far-no lioness could fill in her. He was what she had ever hoped for a male mate. She was extremely pleased with the birthing of their youngest sisters cubs; which assured her that they all were capable of giving birth. She could barely keep her composre at the news... But there was something that ebbed inside her heart. It had taken her a few days to figure out what it was-but it came to her... She missed her babies. She had called for Liza.

SyrThe big blond male lion padded through the trees without moments hesitation, he had been called by his mistress and he couldn't dally. Though not dallying didn't make him forget his manners, at every turn he would bow his head if a female walked past, making sure he kept moving but lowering his eyes as a sign of respect. Koi's den wasn't too far ahed of him and as he rounded the trees he dropped to his belly and crawled towards her. Koi had never been mean or angry with him, far from it, she treated him with respect which in his eyes was far more than he deserved, but that made koi his mistress and she gained every ounce of his will because of how she treated him. Laying his head upon his paws he wagged his thick tufted tail and smiled in an awquard dopey fashion "Y..y..you caled me (c)
Syrmistress?" He stuttered.
splitpersonalityumoShe could hear his quiet pace from in her den. She lifted her head, watching him belly crawl in. She chuckled lightly, her purple eyes showing her apparent glee at him. He was so silly and awkward sometimes but that was what she loved about him. She reached a paw forward and put it on his-her head cocking. "I did indeed Liza..." She said, her tail tip twitching. "I just realized how long its been since I saw you-" (Probably only days really) "-and missed your companionship dear. " She said, stretching her bright legs and wriggling her toes. "How have you been Liza... " She asked, though she could guess the answer. He was always respectful and proper, no doubt always ready for anything requested of him. She bucked her head slightly. "Have you heard that Kawarimono had cubs finally...?"
SyrLiza's heavy tail thwapped more when he was touched by koi, he had long learned that he wouldn't be hit by her and so he did not flinch the touch was nice and his silly grin only widened with it. "I..I'v bbeen fine mistress, I ddid a little hunting and uhm, spoke to ssome of my companions." His ears lowered a little as the news of Koi's third sister's birthing. "Yeyes ma'am I hheard about it, yyou must be vvvery proud." He grinned and leaned to one side a little showing his pale belly, even though Koi was never cruel to him he still displayed all the signs of submission he didn't wish to anger or upset the female whom made sure he was cared for and gave him some sort of love and companionship on a regular basis.
splitpersonalityumoShe knew that at one point that affection was not shown to Liza and that striking him was how he was commanded and sometimes it tore her apart. She remembered finding him in the sand and bringing him home-disgusted with those who harmed him in such a way. Her rather sour thoughts turned bright. "Oh really? I am glad to hear it. I know there are some wonderful Parastar there" She said, really pleased to here that he was communing with the other males. She had wanted him to be comfortable and have friends he didn't have to submit to. "I am very proud. She had two lovely daughters... I only met the one-very bright and beautiful and I do not doubt the other is just as lovely. " She said, shutting her bright eyes and sighing. "And such a thing confirms that my worries were a silly fantasy..(c)

SyrLiza tilted his head a little, a confused look in those deep auburn eyes, it wasn't very often that he forwarded a question but Koi made him feel safe, so he could occasionally voice one to her without the fear of rebuttal, after all it was and always wold be his place simply to obey not to question. "Whwhat fears mmmaa'm" He stuttered looking up to her always with those soft eyes, this was one of those rare occasions when he thought he could be retaliated against so his tail whacked a little harder on the undergrowth and his ears vanished in to his silky thick mane. He hoped he hadn't stepped any boundries though he never seemed to with Koi, she was such a good mistress.
splitpersonalityumoKoi smiled at his reaction to his speaking out. She just shook her head and smiled. "I thought i was unable to have children Liza..." She said, crossing her front paws. "I had tried to have babies before but it didn't work and I feared it was the same with my sisters... but now it has been disproved and I can relax." She said, sighing contently. She then opened her eyes and gazed at Liza. "Our children are grown now Liza... " she said, just as a verbal thought. "They are so beautiful now... Even Mawu has a better outlook than she did before. She is happy..." She smiled and looked down at her chest. "Though we have lost a few children I am still happy and content. The goddess has blessed us well."
SyrLiza smiled lightly, this was one subject he was indeed proud of, their cubs, their children whom brought him endless joy for they were a part of him and though a couple of them had left the rest were members of the community and served the pride well. "YYou mmade them wwonderful mistress, ththey are a gift frfrom the goddess anand they mean more tto me than anything." His ears twitched beneath his silky mane at this statement, he was so proud of the cubs he had helped bring in to the world, whom he had helped raise, they were a part of him and a part of his wonderful mistres whom never raised a claw to him.

Koi could not help but lean against her lovely male mate and pur her happiness against him. How was it that she found such a perfect example of a male in a sea of sand-a slave. It sort of pleased her that she had simply plucked him from them so easily-it sort of felt like an accomplishment. She leaned her bright head against him and sighed. "And for that I am glad. I hope your Mother could see her bloodlines from where she is now... perhaps she is even amongst us Liza... she was one of us after all." She said softly.
Though it did dig at her, whether or not not her Mother in law would have been reincarnated and restored among her people upon death. She after all, had gone away from the Kunanda... hadn't she? To the mist-mist weavers... Or what ever it was. "I hope she is happy. I wish I could ahve met her... what was she like?"

Syr1:39 PMLiza smiled up at Koi, he knew he was lucky, he was not abused by Koi, he was almost loved he felt at times. She was a part of him and he was happy about that. "mMMy mther?" His ears twitched a bit, he could say no ill about the female whom had braught him in to th world, after all, she was his mother, but there were certain things she had never done to him, she had never loved him or even treated him with respect as koi did.
Syr"shshe was a very pppowerful lioness" It was the bst he could do, he did remember her almost fondly but he also feared her.
splitpersonalityumoKoi smiled and nodded her head. "If she was from our pride than I beleive it!" She said with a laugh, tossing her had back and giving a good snort before leaning against him for a long-quiet moment. "I think I'd be nice to give our pride some more cubs... don't you? She asked, looking to him but began to talk before he could answer. "I think I may say that I am ready now... shall we then?" She asked, looking at him for a long moment-before playfully galavanting off in a random direction. "Come on Liza! " She called with a grin. "Let the goddess bless us again!

Liza blinked owlishly, he could hardly say no, she was after all, his mistress. He grinned playfully and got to his paws leaping after the orange and yellow shape fleeing away before him. "Yyes mistress." He grinned, more cubs! He loved cubs so much!
