So who else is looking forward to Feb 15th, Discount Chocolate Day, more than they're looking forward to Valentine's Day?
I'm usually not too crazy about Valentine's Day, and this year me and my boy don't have the money to visit eachother so I'm just trying to pretend it doesn't exist at all. I swear sometimes I think this holiday was created just to make lonely people more miserable. sweatdrop
Oh, and as a reminder: Feb 13th is Free Hugs Day! If you're brave enough, get out there with a sign and make someone's V-Day a little less lonely ^^

I bougt me Twix today.
And I love Kit kat too!
I and my bf celebrate Feb 13th instead of Valentine. Cause that way we have the holiday just for ourselves. And we both like the number 13. And we don't like Valentine's day cause it's so corny and bleh.
But he's far away and busy with work, so it's going to be sad anyways u_u

Hubby's B'day is the 16th, so we usually celebrate that instead.. although we do usually make a nod to V'day, just because we are a bit sloppy! heart

I have found the chocolates get way cheeper about a week later. cause day after there only about 10% off..but a week later its more like 75%.
i do appreciate the notion of discount chocolate day though.
personally, i celebrate "singles awareness day" feb 13th
