Abilene sat on a stone bench in the public gardens, swinging her legs back and forth as she observed the delicate flowers all around. Flowers were perhaps her favorite thing, and it didn't help that she was a lotus child. She'd walked here herself as it wasn't that far from the apartment, though Kaya probably wouldn't be extremely thrilled to find out Abilene was gone when she returned home.
The young girl watched a butterfly flutter past, allowing a soft giggle to bubble from between her lips and she breathed in the aroma surrounding her. This place was calming, perfect for the anti-social girl. Besides this, the weather was excellent; both breezy and balmy. It was a nice day to be out.

Sverre did not allow Crown to go anywhere herself. That was, however, until he discovered that meant he could get the little rat out of his house for a few hours and what did that mean? It meant the unicorn could get the place clean. And Sverre liked the clean. So, it being a nice day our at a park and/or guardian not to far from his apartment complex, either, Sverre sent Crown out for some fresh air.
This would inevitably lead to some act of terrorism, but Sverre was not quite aware of Crown's nature, yet.
Crown, excited to be unleashed all on her own, was happy to agree to stick to the park today. If she was good now, Sverre would surely give her more and more rope as time went on. The excitement could last for so long, however, because much to the girl's dismay, she quickly found there was absolutely nothing to pillage in a park full of flowers. "Thi' s' stupid," the girl drawled, kicking a rock down the path...oh?
"Who're ye'?" the girl called, nodding towards the girl who looked to be her age sitting on a stone bench.

Abilene's eyes flicked up quickly as she was addressed, assessing the girl before her, dimly wondering at her accent before realizing she was supposed to speak up. "Oh! Ah, my name is Abilene." She tried to smile through her shy demeanor at the other girl, though she wasn't quite sure what she was like.
The lotus child was slightly disapointed that her serene solitude had been encroached upon, but quickly decided it was best to ignore this. She just had to be like Kaya; optimistic. Being a pessimist was no help when meeting new people, Kaya had said. Never mind that Abilene was socially awkward and normally very quiet. She needed to get past her social inabilities and make friends, didn't she? It didn't matter if she really wanted to or not.
She'd be completely rejected by anyone and everyone if she always pushed people away...

"Abilene?" Crown replied. She folded her arms over her chest and gave a great snort. She didn't like the name, it was much too girly. Crown was glad she had given herself her own name. Sverre was already one of the girliest men she'd ever met (not that she'd met any others, at all) and fate only knew what the unicorn would have named her.
"I am Crown. Crown Egil. Now, whu' th' bloo'y hell y'all doin' here, eh?" she demanded, voice much gruffer than her small stature would lead anyone to believe. Though, now that she thought about it, the dainty girl probably fit among these flowers much better than she did. "Where's yer momma?"

"Yes." Abilene confirmed her name, looking slightly taken aback at Crown's snort. She admittedly found the behavior a little on the odd side, although she said nothing to that effect.
It took Abilene a little while to discern Crown's words through her accent, but it wasn't a horribly strenuous task. "I'm relaxing. It's a pretty day." She replied with a half-smile to Crown.
"She's at home."
