Restless souls is a Human/Vampire role-play which is set in the City. The City is always gloomy allowing Vampires to travel at any hour of the day, making it perhaps more dangerous for the humans that surround.
As the City rarely allows sunlight through the clouds, most humans have a paler complexion and thus, makes the vampires harder to spot. They like it this way.
Most humans are unaware of their existence and there is only a small amount of vampires that stay within the City limits.
Just outside of the City is a suburban area where a lot of the families live and the main High school also rests here.
It’s most dangerous at night, or in the hills that are set just behind the City.

This RP is set in the 21st Century. Up to date with 2009.
Vampires don't turn into bats, arnt inflicted by crosses, can't be killed with a stake through the heart, don't sleep in coffins and arn't particulary effected by sunlight.
They are pale, they do have slightly longer canines but only when feeding and they do drink blood.
They're cold skinned, strong, incredibly fast, charismatic creatures.
Humans are humans. The everyday people that we are. They don't have special powers, they're regular ans most are lacking in the knowledge of what vampires are.

As for Vampires having 'powers' such as telepathy, foresight etc... I will allow only a few people to have these abilities. To make it interesting so everyones not the same.
