So, I'm sure you have all noticed, nothing has really been done to improve the guild...
I don't know what to do anymore so I thought to ask the people who still check in for ideas.
If you got anything you want to say now is the time to do it.

Hm...well, is there anyway to clear out all the forums that haven't been used in forever? that may help for people in the guild, so we can see what is really left to salvage...and we should all get together on here and brainstorm some new ideas for roleplays.

I'm here too...even though I'm new...um, but I was thinking of suggesting a book club...I'm a bit of a bibliophile, so I guess I'm biased, but if anyone wants to...I don't mind reading...

I haven't posted anything on here in the longest time, I know, but I still think that I should contribute to this thread. The thing that I think really killed us as a guild was when we were closed for repairs. Before that we may not have been super duper active but there were still people coming on here and posting and such, at least...a lot more than right now. The main thing that I think we should focus on in our recovery effort should be sending people messages informing them that the guild has been reopened and asking them if they would start some new roleplays and become active again.
I know, there's 689 members listed in the membership section, but we need to narrow it down and figure out who will continue being active and participating in the guild and who just showed up for a little while and then completely disappeared. We could go page by page within a matter of weeks and then end at page 35 (last page) and move onto more productive things. The no-shows/dropouts should be given the chance to participate and, if they don't deliver, kicked off of the roster. If they aren't going to help and be active, then they shouldn't be here. Also, we should try and get the people who are will be dedicated to the guild to continue visiting and posting different stuff here and maybe even recommending new members to invite.
So, what do you all think of my plan? It would take some time and effort, but it might just work, and it's not exactly too late. After all, as long as the guild still exists, we have time to turn things around.

Okay umm we should get rid of the Excess forums. And Delete all the rps in all the sections and just completely dump the Sub forum. Its hard i know but once we make it fall we can rebuild it. Im on everyweek at least 7 times a week for that fact. But, Seems like the guild just started to slowly fall apart. But we need to delete all the unsused rps and delete the subforums.

Those are all god ideas, but I was thinking of Sub-roleplays that tie together. I'm a mythology crazed girl, and allmythology is tied together. Then there's anime that come together, like Tsubasa. Come up with differen perspectives of stories and they all end the same climax. And sometimes you have to admit you've read stories like that, and thought, wow, let me go back and find out where this happened.

Im thinking of a fun thing that everyone can do and I need pratice at. We all could play DnD 3.5. I do not mind Dming, infact I could really use more of the experience. So the most active people, or people who want to do it we can figure out a time that works for everyone. We could use a messanger and then use the dice system on here for the game play. That is also role playing game. I can send the character sheets to everyone and I'm sure everyone would have fun. Wouldn't take much to get it going honestly. Send me Pms if your intrested, and wanna see if we can do it as a guildy thing.
