The BEST movie I think I've ever seen. If Kate Winslet doesnt win an award for her preformance as Hanna, I will refuse to EVER watch the oscars again.
BRILLIANT FILM. It's one of those movies where you sit and talk about it days later. DAYS.

I dont want to give anything away. All you need to know is: 1) that it takes place in Germany and 2)what time your movie starts.

I haven't heard of this either, but that's not surprising. I bet we'll get this film in about 3-6 months if we're lucky. D:

The problem with Europe is the following: we don't get all American movies in our cinemas. They play what's best selling in our cinemas and only after they finish playing movies in the cinemas these get to DVD rental stores... Hence it's half a year later, unless it's a big movie. Of course, if The Reader gets an Oscar that's enough to bring it to the cinemas. If it's nominated, it's also enough - it's going to be here soon...

There's not a big market for underground/not so big films here, so they might not even come to theatres here, they might go straight on DVD when they go on DVD in the original country. Instead big hits like Harry Potters, LOTRs, Spidermans etc get here either for the same opening date as the original country or then within a week from it.
Well I just checked our biggest cinema's website and it's not listed even into the 'upcoming films' section, which goes up to the end of April.

MegaTherion777 PLEASE tell me that "twilight" wasn't big enough for you to get either.... Sad to say it was. It wasn't advertised much, but it is being played in smaller theatres. I heard about the books and the film from my friend, who's read the first 3 books and hated them all. biggrin
I watched it illegally online. ninja It was crap. But Edward was hawt.
