I heard of this in a game informer..... the man character is a human in a world underseige by some other overlord..... and Etna gives him a helping hand

No. XD; Laharl still has his Netherworld. It's Adel's (human) kingdom that's taken over by Overlord Xenon.

I'm so happy they're making a sequel heart even if it doesn't seem to have much to do with the last one.. At least Etna's in it ^_^ *looking up pictures now*

One thing I'm really curious about is demon ages.
We have the normal Netherworld/Celestia ages in the thousands, like Laharl being 1316.
We have Akutare, who is 2188.
But then we have Rosalind and Tink, who are 17. O_o;
I gotta wonder if those two were actually demons to begin with, or if they were once human too. sweatdrop

O_o; I gotta wonder if those two were actually demons to begin with, or if they were once human too. sweatdrop Might explain some things, but to be honest, I doubt N1 would touch that plot hole.

Who knows~ Translation of characters and other things by Cessy at Gamefaqs: My favorite (Akutare): Cessy Actaire - Age: 2188 Gender: Male Expected Weapon: Electric Guitar Specific Skills: "Love Dynamites" Former Pop-Star. Used to be known as the Dark Hero. He used to star in many awesome action movies and TV shows (Think...Keanu Reeves?) and even had his own one-man band. He's now just a reporter on a Local Travel show. However, he still thinks he's cool and popular, and can't forget his golden days. He keeps forcing action scenes into the Travel show, pissing off the producer. Think of him as the new Midboss. Hehe~ heart

The official website has been updated a lot - with new character classes and screenshots. (Love the new thief. She'd better not say 'Who da man?!' or I'll cry.) In the downloads, you can also find the opening movie. Which is just spifftastic. 3nodding

yeah i saw the opening trailer somewhere.....its looking good though im curious what mascot this game will have (denial of prinnys making a major comeback)

I hope they keep AKutare's name as Akutare. Axel makes me think of Guns N' Roses and Axl Low.
"Akutare" soundsa cooler then Actaire.
