Urvi was chasing her tail. It was quite fun, though she did get dizzy easily. She continued to chase her tail, until finally she fell down. She erupted with giggles as she landed on the ground. Her tail was still not caught, she hadn't figured out how to catch the fluffy little thing yet. Her white and brown body made her look as if she could be part of the ground on a snowy day. Though, there was no snow, and the white made her stick out pretty well. She was in a rather open area, well more so there weren't many trees around that she could run into.
She'd ran into a tree already, and it didn't feel good at all. So she had to find a bitter spot to chase her tail in. Her siblings were off doing whatever they did best. The only thing lacking in her thoughts, was a good adventure. She continued to lay on the soft dirt ground, trying to correct her dizziness she got herself in. She blinked her eyes a bit until she could see straight, which she started to watch the clouds slowly pass.

Kachero sauntered his way through the trees, yawning. Having just woken from a remarkably wonderful nap, the juvenile lion was in a dreamy, content state of mind. He wasn't thinking too much, as he was often wont to do, instead letting images and moving scenes fill his imaginative head. Grinning groggily, he padded along on instinct, knowing the areas around his home better and better by the day.
Yawning again, releasing a rumbling sound along with it that just pronounced how satisfying it was, the brown mottled cub found himself in a clearing. Looking around, he saw a brown and white cub, younger than himself, lying in the grass, looking fairly dazed. Tilting his head, smiling fondly, he moved to her.
Standing at her head, he looked down at her, his face close to hers, but upsidedown to her from his position. He blinked at her, arching an expressive eyebrow curiously.
"What're you up to, kiddo?"

She jumped at the sound of another. Not because she was scared, but more so because she didn't recognize the voice. She knew she had family everywhere here, but she had hardly met anyone. She smiled up at the other with her head upside down from her leaning her head back to see who it was. He looked similar to her, though had green here and there, and dark brown wing like marking. "I'm just watching the white fluffy things in the sky." She told him.
"Do you know what they are?" She asked him, as she turned her head up right, stood up, and started to walk towards him. She was never worried about any strangers in the land, she knew her mother was only a call away. Or another adult. "I'm Urvi" She said with a smile. It was nice to know names, or at least that's what she thought. " do you want to play?" She asked him in a sweet voice.

Kachero grinned, looking up and taking a step back to unblock her view of the sky. He didn't notice her getting up, distracted by the clouds for a moment. They were pretty, drifting listlessly, inexorably across the sky. They had no where to go, no plans to meet, and yet they were always moving. Or maybe they were stationary, and it was everyone below that was doing the moving. He didn't know, really, but he liked to ponder it.
Looking down, he nodded, looking sly as his mop of white and green hair shaded his eyes, like the brim of a hat.
"They're called clouds. They're just little fluffy things that sleep up there in the sky. When they wake up they can get a bit grouchy, and they make the rain fall. They're great for shade on a hot day, though," he said, wondering if his simple explanation was any good. He wasn't well practiced in speaking with those younger than him.
"I'm Kachero! It's nice to meet you, Urvi," he bowed his head chivalrously, not lifting it up as he fixed his eye on her, keeping his face nearer to hers so he could examine her a bit better. He smiled. Play? Why not? He had nothing else going on.
"Sure! What kind of games do you like?"

"Oh! I love rain." She said with a smile. Rain was great, though she didn't like it when it made her all wet and heavy. But other then that, it was really good. She felt so small next to the other, but that didn't bug her she flicked her tail and nodded up at him as he said his name. "Nice to meet you!" She said happily.
"Well, I like playing tag, but I love learning new games." She said with a smile. Of course her tags were only with one other sibling. She never really saw more then one sibling at a time, or when she did, they were busy playing something else. " Do you know of anything that could be fun?" She asked him. Her brown eyes moved from him back to the sky. It was so pretty, and hard to look away.

"Well," Kachero said thoughtfully, looking around. He didn't mind playing the regular games, but he would choose a more mentally stimulating game if he could get the opportunity to play it. He chewed on his lower lip for a moment, considering, his intelligent eyes drifting back to the strangely familiar cub in front of him. He wondered vaguely if they were related. He was aware that he had a very extensive family around these parts. In fact, he often played it safe and assumed he was related to everyone he met within the pride.
It was his own private joke, and he enjoyed it immensely.
Focusing his head back on the situation at hand, he grinned.
"Have you had the chance to stalk something yet? Like a prey beast, or something you're hunting? It's a good skill to have, but a lot of young lions don't learn the finer points of tracking. It takes a lot of focus and attention, though, and it might be hard. But do you want to learn how I do it?"

"I've chased a bug." She admitted openly. She was curious to what he had in mind. Urvi didn't know how that could take along of focus or attention, she didn't think it did anyways. She nodded slowly as he asked her if she wanted to learn something. She wanted to learn as much as she could. She smiled at him. "it'd be great if you could show me."
Aliona, her mother, hadn't really taught her how to stalk things like bugs or bigger things. But it was more so that Urvi was so young. Or at least that's what she figured. She flicked her tail as she looked around for something that they could possibly stalk. Or at least maybe something they could pretend to stalk. "what are we going to stalk?"

"Alright, I will show you!" Kachero nodded, lowering himself to the ground and looking around at the grass and leaves. He didn't see anything he could use, moving off like a dog on a scent toward a bush. He noticed something useful there, after a short time of investigating, and looked up, looking back at the younger lion.
His eyes glazed over for a moment as he was struck by a vision. The young seer blinked, seeing in his mind a clear image of the bush he was just investigating, his inner eyes focusing on the very bottom of it, near the ground. Shaking his head he was released from the image, turning and looking at the exact spot he had seen in his head, a heavy feeling of deja vu washing over him.
"Come over here and see this!" He said jovially, excited. He got a thrill out of a trail, following something from its beginning to its end. This had the scent of a lizard or some kind of snake, and the branches of the low bush were broken by its passing through. He could see from the way that they were broken that it had been an entry point, and not an exit.
"See there? That's a clue. See how the little twigs are broken and facing inside the bush? That means something biggish, like a big lizard, went in through here. I bet we could probably follow him!"

Urvi had no idea what was happening. she moved over to where the other was at, and he seemed to be seeing something, but Urvi saw nothing at all. "what is it?" She asked him. She didn't know anything about this sort of stuff. her tail lifted in the air and flicked about curiously. Her fluffy end made her tail rather heavy at times, making it hard for her to flick it the way she wanted to.
Urvi didn't smell anything, or at least she didn't think she did. The sent of something lingered in the air near the plant, but she couldn't tell what it was so she figured it was nothing at all. "What am I looking for?" She asked him curiously. Hoping that she wasn't missing something, even though she was. She didn't know how he could be so excited, even over a few broken things. She thought it was normal.
She looked at the twigs. How could that be a clue? And a clue to what. "It won't bite will it?" She asked him. She really didn't want to play with something that was big enough to hurt her. Though she wondered how it'd be attacking something that could attack back but was still a little defenseless against her. "Well, lets follow him them!" She said happily. More curious on what the creature looks like, then the actual hunt itself.

Kachero grinned at the younger cub, excited to be teaching as well as tracking. Two of his favorite activities, combined into one? It was almost too good to be true. He let her ask her questions, not answering anything right away. Lessons were often learned on your own, though he imagined he couldn't be too vague about it. There was a balance to be found.
"No, it won't bite. I'll make sure it doesn't go anywhere near you, unless you want it to. That is, if we find it at all. These creatures aren't usually very mean. They're lazy and they sit on rocks until something scares them, and then they slither away." He wiggled his body in an imitation of a lizard scampering. He smiled reassuringly.
"Let's do!" He moved in first, using his bigger body to work and create a more easily accessible path through the underbrush for the smaller lion to follow. He kept looking back at her, making sure she was following, while carefully making his way forward, eyes scanning the ground for traces of the lizard's path.
He did most of the tracking, sharing insights and tips with her as they went, a professor in the middle of a very hands on lecture. Then they came out into a small clearing and the lizard was, as Kachero had nearly predicted, sitting atop a rock.
"Look!" Cash said, his voice low as he crouched beside the little lioness, "that's it, right there!"

They almost sounded as if they were snakes with legs. But she wasn't going to ask him that. She giggled at his imitation of a lizard. Though quickly fallowed him as he said to. She didn't want to mess up anything, so she was going to let him tell her what to do. She liked to work together on things. Team work, to her, was very important. She shook her hair fluff out of her eyes as she continued to follow the other. Close behind, but not too close in case he stopped.
Her curiosity was wild at the moment. All she could picture was a giant snake with tiny legs. Of course, that probably wasn't what it was going to look like, but it sure did make her want to find it. It could be a monster in her and her brother's adventures. YES! She was happy to run into this other.
As he spoke she tried to follow his eyes to where they were looking, but there was no need. She found the lizard easily, laying on top of a rock lazy like. It wasn't exactly what she pictured. A lot fatter in some area's then a snake, though it's head looked almost the same. "Is it possible that, that could have been a snake at one point?" She asked

Kachero blinked. He had never thought of that before. But he shook his head on impulse, speaking before really thinking about it too much. It seemed a bit obvious, and he always went with his impulses when he was pretty certain he was right. If he took time to second guess himself all the time he would never solve anything. Besides, how could one animal be a different one?
"No, I think it's always been a lizard," he said with a nod, "they're different kinds of animals, like how lions are different than leopards. We look kind of similar, but we're not really the same. I don't think I snake would just sprout legs, anyway. Though, they must be in the same kind of... group... of animals."
That sounded about right. He grinned and looked at her intently, eyebrows arched curiously, "do you want to pounce on it?" He asked, keeping his voice low, his own muscles coiling in anticipation. "It's pretty harmless, and it'd be fun, I think. I'll help you chase it if it tries to run away."

She really couldn't say if he was wrong or right. She figured since he was older, he knew a lot more then she'd ever know, so she guessed it sounded like a good enough answer. "Oh" She said with a satisfied look. She smiled at the other in return. "Would be funny if that happened" She giggled now thinking on how stupid her question had been to begin with.
"Oh can we?!" She didn't know why, but chasing things seemed like a whole lot of fun. She looked at him excitingly. She couldn't wait to chase the little creature. She looked back at it like it was her pray, but she didn't start going for it until he did. She tired to be quiet, but it was hard to keep in her excitement. She looked from the lizard back at the uncle she had no clue who he was.
"How do you want to do this?" She asked him. Didn't all lions have a plan when they hunted things? She wasn't sure, but she thought they did. If they didn't have a plan, they wouldn't ever catch anything, right?

Kachero grinned. She was very good at thinking things out, it seemed, and that made him happy. He kept close to her, keeping his voice low so the lizard didn't get spooked and run off too early. Flicking his tail, he nodded at her question.
"If we stay really quiet we'll be able to sneak right up on it. It's sun bathing so it doesn't even know we're here. I've seen them sitting on rocks for hours, not even moving when they hear sounds like twigs and rustling. They don't really care about anything until it's right on them, I think. All you have to do is sneak up on it and jump, and then the game will start!"
He moved forward carefully, "I'll go around the other side and you can pounce on it when you're ready! And if it runs we'll see if we can't catch it." He looked around and then moved off in a large circle around the lizard, staying as quiet as possible. He crouched when he thought he was in a good position, raising his paw and flashing a smile to indicated it was fine if she wanted to chase the lizard.

This part was the worse for Urvi. She wasn't silent at all. She started to panic a little, but she didn't let the other see. She controlled her breathing as much as she could and watched the ground more then anything. Her tail was high just in case the fluffy stuff hit something. She carefully stepped over things and then she looked up once in a while to watch the other. He may have said they didn't care about sound at the moment, but Urvi didn't want to test that at all. She didn't want to get yelled at for making a mistake in their little game. She was good at that.
She moved over stuff, even the smallest of things. As she got to it, or as close as they did anyways. She watched him go around the other way. He was going to let her pounce on it? She smiled, mostly because she was proud of herself not messing up anything at all. It was a wonderful feeling. She crouched down, her but flying in the air and wiggling a little bit here and there. She was almost ready. It only took her a moment or two after he was ready, then she leaped for the unexpected creature.
