As of September 27th-
Hey everyone!! Well the new Hogwarts Year will start soon, and KanitaDoyle has been working on getting profiles and other nifty things updated. Please have some patience with her, she just started college and has a gigantic workload. But she is working on trying to keep this roleplay moving and alive!
Also, it appears Rose is a tad overworked 'IRL,' so if she doesn't make an appearance soon, have no fear, Kanita will work on getting the new class system up as soon as she can!
Hopefully we can all get to roleplaying with the many wonderful characters soon! C:

As of July 31st-
We have begun the process of Accepting new character profiles (see post #3)!
Also, all previous First years are now Second, Second years are now Third, and so on and so forth.
The Member Clean-out process is completed! Please, don't make us ban you by being completely inactive, at least make an effort to get online every once in a while.

Another Guild Captain change! Ruruka has stepped down from the position, so Rose Adele Zellar is now the newest Guild Captain!

The End of the Year feast open for a limited amount of time, so get roleplaying there now!
PMs are being sent to every user who has a character but doesn't post. We are having an entire guild-member clean out before the new Hogwarts year starts.
The school year has officially ended, so no signing up for classes til the new year begins.

As of June 3rd-
How time works in our roleplay world is going to be put at a slower pace due to less activity.
Rather than the roleplay months changing when 'real life time' changes, just pay attention to the main forum heading
for what month the guild is in. Hopefully this is an improvement to the system! n.n
The Games (earning house points) subforum is no longer available.
At least for the time being. Due to my difficulty with keeping up with the points,
when truthfully, all I really want to do is roleplay. The Game subforum is simply
a hassle for me. Sorry if you're dissapointed, but deal. :'BB

As of Feb 11th-
New rule! No more house points for just inviting members, starting today (2/11/09). You can only earn house points if the person you invite makes a profile.
Changes being made for our guild:
- Changing the guild name to something more creative! xD We will brainstorm multiple names and then let the members help us decide on which one is best.
- sending out pms to all inactive members/ members who have never posted and giving them two weeks to get back to us. Then we are doing a major clean out!
- New banners! xDD You know... to go with the new name.
Professors & students: There seems to be some trouble with student attendance to classes, which hinders the professors ability to move on to the next lesson. So I am working something out right now. Please bare with me while I try to figure out this problem.

As of Feb 8th-
The Christmas Event will remain open for roleplaying until the Valentine's Event is decided upon!
Attention: On Monday, Feb 9th, there will then be a time skip from December to February to get us caught up and so I can begin planning the next event-- a Valentine's related one. I apologize if this interferes with any-one's individual roleplay but you'll have to just make due.
ALSO the christmas events will remain open (even as the rest othe guild moves on to roleplay in Feb) so that everyone can finish roleplaying the dance. BUT soon as the Valentine's event is created, the Christmas event will be closed.

Ruruka For all of those who are thinking of a new character, whatever age you make them will be the age they are in the next school year.
SO. If you make a seventh year, they will be starting school as a 7th year in the fall.
I don't want any confusion, so if you make another character, they will be that age starting in the fall.

For an Example. And characters posted in the month of June that are 6th years, will be 6th years through the summer and into next school year.
I am not accepting any more current seventh years. (Those 'graduating' in the year 2029.)

For all old profiles, ones already created, if you wish to make any changes to your character, just send either Me or Kani a PM telling us what page your profile is on, and we shall unlock your profile for you.
When you are done, just send us a message and we shall lock it again.
If you want to leave your profile as it is, nothing it needed. At the end of August, Kani and I will be moving all current seventh year profiles to the peniseve and move everyone up both an age and a grade year.
