hi, what is up people? have any of you ever seriously considered therepy? i have, but im afraid of therapists

And rightfully you should. Ive had one before. Its boring and they ask alot of questions. btw is it wrong to say that youve been abducted by aliens?

My own experiances with therapy have been suboptimal. Typically therapists prescribe large quantities of antidepressents/antpsycotics without the patient actually needing them. On the otherside, if you can find a therapist that you trust there is great benefit to just be able to talk about things with someone who wont judge you. Just dont talk about ghosts or aliens. Mental institutions are very pleasant, comfortable places but they are unbelievably boring.
